There's also a 24h bus just around the corner going to the Airport. Individual lockers are available (bring a small padlock, or buy one at reception). Earplugs, towels, toiletries, and adaptors are also sold at reception. Laundry facilities are available for an extra fee. Enjoy the backyard with seating, a ping-pong table, BBQ facility, bike racks, and pre-booked car parking. Common areas include a dining room and lounge, where you can meet travellers, play snooker, foosball, and board games, or relax with music and drinks. Free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Fresh bed linen, power outlets, and reading lights for each bed. Hairdryers, irons, and board games can be borrowed at reception. Spacious rooms are cleaned daily, with multiple bathrooms on each floor. Guests will receive a key-card to access the building (show to the receptionist at entrance) and must to return it upon check-out. Guests must present a valid Passport (Non-EU citizens) or ID/Driver's Licence (EU citizens) upon check-in. Guests between 8 and 17 years old are allowed only when accompanied by an adult parent/guardian and, by Irish Law, can't stay in shared dorms. Minors than 8 years old are not accept at all. Enjoy 24h reception, no curfew, free breakfast, a cosy TV room, a fully equipped shared kitchen and a 24h coffee station. Shower towel, toiletries, padlock, adaptor not included (available for purchase).
"Amazing hostel with super friendly and helpful staff, especially the girl from Brazil at reception (forgot her name 🙈) bed was comfortable, pillow was so snugly, each bed has a mini fan with mirror, lights, charging ports, curtain for privacy etc. Bathroom inside the room were clean, with free towels and ample showers for use! Breakfast was good, continental style, and included in the stay. Thank you again, would recommend highly and definitely stay again!"

"I would say this is the best service I’ve experienced in Dublin! First of all,I’d especially like to mention a Chinese female receptionist.I noticed her tag named Pei. She is extremely patient and friendly.We didn’t even realize that there was an option between a shower and a bathtub.She proactively asked us if we’d prefer the shower?Since we don’t really like bathtubs,she kindly arranged a room with a shower for us and also was on 6 floor(we prefer higher floor）.That was really thoughtful of her! Also,there was a male staff in the bar who was really helpful.We had bought some food from outside but didn’t have any cutlery,we asked for disposable forks,and instead he gave us metal forks,it made us feel really welcomed. Actually the room itself was a bit smaller than we expected,but the view was nice!"

"I would have given this hotel a 9-star rating, deducting one point for its relatively remote location from the city center, which made getting to many places a bit inconvenient. However, the hotel's environment is truly excellent, with a beautiful park right across the street. The rooms are spacious and clean, and everything else was great. But now I'm giving it a 6-star rating, and the three lost points are due to a Caucasian night manager in the lobby. On the day I arrived, my friend and I were having drinks at the hotel lobby bar. We talked and laughed normally for about two hours. Just as we were about to finish, this manager rudely and disdainfully told us we were being loud and insulted us by saying, 'You are toxic to others.' I felt he said this out of discrimination against us as Asians. If he thought we were loud, he could have warned us at the beginning of our conversation. Instead, he waited until we were almost done to make groundless accusations with a terrible attitude and directly told us to leave. Furthermore, I believe our voices were normal throughout, no different from other guests who frequented the lobby bar. Another issue occurred one morning when my wife told me someone entered our room without knocking. After seeing my wife, they just said sorry and left. My wife then informed me, and I reported it to the front desk. The manager there said they would contact me later to confirm if it was a hotel employee, but by the time I checked out, I still didn't know who had entered our room, as they never got back to me."

"The hotel is 30 minutes walk from the city center. Not the closest but still acceptable. It is clean. But there is no desk, no kettle and no hair dryer in the room. There is a tea and coffee machine free of charge at the reaction. Hair dryer can be borrowed free of charge. Feel more like staying in a hostel than a hotel. The price is not cheap so value for money is not high."

"Friendly hotel staff, really helpful with keeping our luggage stored even after check out and other things. Got a free room upgrade which was much appreciated after a long trip, lovely comfortable bed and spacious room. Bathroom amenities were clean and pleasant as well. Many lovely extra items in the room as well including coffee pods and a coffee machine, hot chocolate powder, and some cookies. Appreciate the hair conditioner and body lotion as well. Lobby was clean and pleasant with free fruit water. Would definitely stay again."

"The location is fantastic, right in the city center. It's directly across from an airport shuttle stop (Dublin City Centre, O'Connell St, opp RIU Gresham Hotel stop), with buses running every 30 minutes and a 30-minute ride to the airport – incredibly convenient. There are tons of restaurants nearby, with a huge variety of choices, including many Chinese restaurants. All the main attractions are within walking distance, making it a great base to experience Dublin. The hotel itself is relatively new, and the rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very friendly 😊"

"Location is excellent and the service is very attentive. However, recommendations provided by staff were not the best and no warnings were given about more shady parts of the town. "Stayed with a friend in the standard twin room, and all I can say is that you'd better be close to the person you're sharing the room with, because it is a tiny room with barely a gap between the beds, so it's as if you're sleeping side by side. There was very little room for us to open our 2 small suitcases, so bear in mind when booking. We were able to check in early, which was a nice touch, and the staff was very nice regarding luggage storage as well. Don't forget to place the make-up room sign by 1 am (odd time I know), if not, they won't come tidy up!"
