Travelodge Plus Dublin City Centre

Hotel was clean, nice view, centrally located and walkable in a safe area. I would stay here again, but they are sold out on the dates needed.

This is an excellent hotel. It was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a trip to Dublin. The room wasn't huge, but you don't come to Dublin to spend too much time in your hotel room. The buffet breakfast selection was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent. There's a Tesco Express just 1 minute from the hotel entrance, and you can easily walk in all directions to see the major sights or utilise the transport network. I'd definitely come here again if visiting Dublin.

Great location within 5min walk of Airport bus stop (George's Quay). 10-15min walk from tourist attractions such as Temple Bar, Trinity College, O'Connell Street. Room was of decent size but would probably have enough space to open up a large size luggage. Bed was comfy but toilet was on the smaller size. Basin was tiny and water would splash on the floor. Toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided as in many European hotels. Water pressure is low and not so enjoyable for showering. Drinking water dispenser is provided in lobby where you can refill. Breakfast is decent with regular hot and cold items. Check in and out process is fast. Recommended for short stay.

Small but acceptable. The area is not too bad but I got warned by a friend to book in other zone instead.

Really happy with this hotel. Booked it last minute when I was late for my ferry and did not want to travel during the night. The room was really clean and tidy. Receptionist Mauricio (?) was very pleasant and helpful. As I was not planning to stay in Dublin overnight, I had no toothbrush. I did not think that Travelodge can provide one, but there is no shame in asking. Hooray! I got a disposable dental kit, that really made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, it does look much more posh that an average travelodge. I wanted some ice for my drink at the room. Got a glass full of ice at the bar with no problem. The only downside could be if you are a couple and travelling with 2 or more large suitcases. The room is on a smaller side. Very happy with my last minute decision to stay at this hotel.

The worst hotel that I ever stayed in! The service, cleanliness and noise so bad that it made me do two things that I never did before - check out to go to another hotel, and leave a review! The rudest and most unhelpful front line staff that I have ever encountered; room not cleaned for the two days I stayed there (despite leaving out the correct card on my door on time); noisy plumbing that will keep you awake all night). Avoid this shithole!

Comfy beds, overall nice hotel. Breakfast is average; A fridge in the room would have been nice. Overall solid choice

Great hotel. Room had everything you need, even a bottle opener. Breakfast was really nice. Tesco express just around the corner for snacks. Great location and a safe area. Not luxurious but very clean and attractive lobby area with a water bottle filling station Service was nice and helpful
