"I really liked the service; the room was cleaned promptly. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was substantial and filling. The hotel is in a quiet location, so we slept with the window open. There's also private parking, which is very convenient. We'll definitely come back again. The only minor issue was on our last day, some of the breakfast dishes weren't washed properly and had an odor. But we just swapped them for other dishes, and it was fine."

"A good Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Riverview hotel. **Location:** A bit removed from the main attractions, about a 15-20 minute walk to Rike Park. You can get to a bus stop or metro station and go wherever you need. Taxis are also readily available. **Cleanliness:** Excellent. **Service:** Polite staff who explain and show you everything. I arrived early and paid for an early check-in. Since my room on the upper floor wasn't ready, they offered a temporary option so I could rest after my journey. **Amenities and Services:** Overall, the room had everything, but I noted a few nuances: no dental kits (it wasn't a big deal for me, so I didn't ask), bathrobes were brought after a call, and on the second day, there was no bottled water, which was then brought. Also, there was a leak from the faucet, creating puddles near the bathroom door – the plumbing needs to be checked. **Food:** I had breakfast and enjoyed everything. Overall, the internal management, design, and atmosphere of Hilton feel high-quality, and I recommend the hotel. However, the constant requests/calls to bring things were a bit annoying (I had read reviews before booking, and similar comments were already there). In all my years of business trips and travels, this was the first time I'd encountered this. The hotel definitely needs to address these service and amenity issues – after all, it's an international hotel chain."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to currency exchange offices, restaurants, wine shops, Freedom Square, bus stops, and a metro station. We had a deluxe room with windows facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet. We slept peacefully, with no noise from the street or neighboring rooms. The room was small, but it had a wide bed and two pillows per person. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion were provided. The toothbrushes were very good, and there was tea, coffee, and two bottles of water daily. However, there were no cotton pads or Q-tips, no shoehorn, and no sewing kit. Of course, we hadn't brought any from home, relying on the hotel to provide them. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, with very tasty pastries, sweet and juicy fruits, and amazing cheeses – there were four types of cheese every day. The reception staff understood Russian, were helpful and offered advice, and didn't ignore us, as some other reviews mentioned. The only inconvenience was that breakfast started at 8:00 AM, but tours often left at 9:00 AM, so you had to rush to eat and then get to the tour."

"I'm writing this review a bit late, but I stayed here at the beginning of July and was very pleased! Even though some renovations were still underway, it didn't bother me at all. The staff made sure there were no noises or smells. They even upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The staff were polite and attentive 🫶🏽 I want to thank them for their hospitality!"

"We absolutely loved Novotel! The location is superb: a 10-minute walk to major attractions, and the metro is just 2 minutes away. Yet, the hotel itself is situated on quiet streets, with no tourist crowds or car horns – absolute silence (we have something to compare it to in Tbilisi). The rooftop pool offers a stunning view and is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The breakfast is varied, with delicious coffee and a good selection of fruits. The staff are very pleasant, polite, and helpful. The cleaning is excellent – everything is very clean and tidy. Next time we're in Tbilisi, we'll choose this hotel again."

Every detail met five-star standards, and I absolutely loved the minimalist yet stylish wooden decor in the rooms. My girlfriend and I were celebrating her birthday, and I had emailed the hotel in advance with our request. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday surprise and helped us reserve a fantastic table for two with an amazing view at the rooftop Atmosphere bar. A big thank you to the front desk team for their professional and meticulous service, which helped us create a beautiful and unforgettable evening."

"The hotel is cozy with a beautiful interior. I arrived at 2:20 PM and had to wait 40 minutes to check in. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. There was no shower gel, so after my journey, I had to call reception to get my basic amenities sorted. Later, I found out my neighbors had the same issue. They brought it up quickly. What I didn't like was that I couldn't get a proper night's sleep for all three days! My room was on the second floor. I couldn't fall asleep properly because I could hear people talking outside and cars passing by. It was really annoying. There seems to be a serious problem with the soundproofing. When I moved to another hotel, this flaw became even more apparent by contrast! After all, if you wake up well-rested, you feel energized and can truly enjoy your vacation. I really liked the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters speak both Russian and English. The service and food are 10/10; you absolutely must try the Napoleon cake. I also visited the gym. All the equipment is working. It's cozy and has a beautiful interior. Overall, the main drawbacks are the noise and the room amenities."

"Wonderful stay in Tbilisi! I had a great experience staying at Hotel Orion. Everything was wonderful! The room was very clean, with fresh, clean towels and a large, extremely comfortable bed. One of the highlights was the balcony with a patio set, offering a beautiful view. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the lady serving it was exceptionally sweet and kind. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent hotel! I really loved the location on one of the most beautiful streets in the city. The red hop-on/hop-off city bus, complete with an audio guide, stops near the hotel. There are currency exchange offices, all sorts of shops, cafes, restaurants, and even shawarma spots nearby if you want a quick bite. On our first day, we walked to Freedom Square using Maps.me. We crossed the famous bridge, passed through a flea market and a park, and walking at a leisurely pace with my mom, we reached the city center in about 35 minutes. We were very pleased with the service at the hotel; our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is served on the 10th floor with beautiful city views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast spread was varied and tasty. The staff were very friendly. By the way, they let us check in before 3 PM since our room was ready, no questions asked. We were so happy about that after a long journey and a sleepless night. I had read reviews about evening noise outside the windows. We experienced it too, but only once during our stay. And honestly, if we had closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning, we wouldn't have heard it. But we left everything open. Overall, though, it didn't affect our general impression. This hotel is super! 👍"
