To my surprise, the hotel offered complimentary millet porridge. It was a thoughtful touch and hit the spot! The overall environment is really nice. It's also a quick taxi ride, about 8 RMB, to Wugongsi Pier."

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding. This time I stayed in the river koi room, where I could feed the koi on the balcony without leaving the room. Don't worry about the fish tank being dirty and not looking good in photos. Someone will clean the fish tank every day The breakfast is rich in variety. "The hotel's environment was fantastic: our balcony offered expansive sea views, and the garden was absolutely stunning. A small gate through the garden led straight to the beach. The manager at check-in was incredibly thoughtful and spontaneously upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring, which was a wonderful surprise that put everyone in a great mood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Both the indoor and outdoor private hot springs were fantastic, with fast and ample water flow. Soaking in the warm water melted away all our fatigue; it was incredibly private, allowing our family to quietly enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. We were so comfortable we didn't want to get out! The afternoon tea desserts were our family's absolute favorite – visually appealing and delicious, sweet but not cloying, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. Even when we returned late, the hotel thoughtfully packed them up and delivered them to our room; the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with such a wide variety that we were spoiled for choice: Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all fresh and tasty. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and just one cup energized us for the whole day. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed, clean, and elegant. The staff were all gentle, polite, and paid great attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and vacations. We had a comfortable stay, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing time. It's definitely a hotel in Zhoushan worth revisiting. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Zhoushan!"

"Service: The service was very warm and welcoming. They called me in advance to confirm my arrival time. Whenever I had an issue during my stay, they responded promptly. Environment: The hotel is located in Donggang Shanshan Tiandi, surrounded by chain restaurants like Mama Jia and Yuan Zhi Yuan Wei, as well as many private eateries. Takeout is also very convenient. It's about 1.5km from Kaihong Plaza. Cleanliness: Generally, the cleanliness was satisfactory. There was a piece of scrap paper under the table that wasn't cleaned, but it was hidden by the table, so I didn't see it, and it's understandable. Facilities: Being a hotel opened at the end of 2024, the hardware facilities are all new. The mattress and curtains were quite clean. The main drawback was that the room felt extremely stuffy and hot. I didn't notice this in the lobby or restaurant, but it was very noticeable on the guest room floor, especially in the room itself. At first, I set the air conditioning to fan mode, but it remained stuffy for several hours. Even after turning off the AC, it was still the same. I eventually called the front desk, and housekeeping brought a fan, which I kept on, and it made things a little better. Also, I think they should switch the toilet paper; it breaks apart too easily and tends to stick."
