It's also very convenient for self-driving to Mount Putuo and Wugongzhi Pier. I particularly want to commend the front desk staff. Their demeanor during check-in was gentle and professional. They patiently and thoroughly explained routes, attractions, and hotel facilities when we inquired, offering practical suggestions and responding promptly to our requests. The entire reception process was calm, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented, allowing us to shed our travel fatigue as soon as we arrived. The hotel's overall service struck a perfect balance – warm without being intrusive. This Zhoushan vacation was significantly enhanced by the attentive service from the front desk, making it a truly healing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a getaway to Putuo."

"Compared to the guesthouses in Zhujiajian that easily cost at least a thousand yuan per night, I highly recommend this place. The hotel is new and clean. I was traveling with my whole family, and the loft layout was perfect for a family trip. The hotel is close to Wugong Temple Wharf, which is very convenient for our trip to Putuo Mountain. It's easy to get to the wharf by taxi or car. The hotel offers free parking, but charging stations for electric vehicles are a bit limited. There's a watermelon stand right next to the parking lot, which was really convenient for buying watermelons on the way back. It's a bit far to Nansha Island; even driving without traffic takes about half an hour. However, it's close to restaurants in the city center, so I'm satisfied."

"The Hilton brand itself guarantees quality. I stayed in a deluxe sea-view room, and the bedding was comfortable, while the bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful, answering every question I had. The hotel's swimming pool had crystal clear water, and there were also two small hot spring pools nearby perfect for relaxation. My only minor feedback is that some small fixtures in the room were loose, so I'd suggest the hotel's engineering department regularly inspect and maintain the rooms. Overall, my expectations were met, and I even managed to capture a stunning sunrise over Mount Putuo in the East China Sea from my balcony in the early morning."

"My stay was great! The hotel facilities are brand new and well-equipped. The room had smart features, excellent air conditioning, a smart toilet, and a Laifen hairdryer – really thoughtful details. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast at the 18th-floor restaurant offered a wide variety, and the freshly cooked seafood noodles were delicious and authentic. The afternoon tea was both beautiful and tasty. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful, always responding promptly, answering all my questions, and reliably resolving any issues. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many highly-rated seafood restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around and dine out. I'll definitely be back!"

"We were quite apprehensive after seeing so many negative reviews, so we went in with a 'go with the flow' attitude. Our butler, No. 2, was incredibly helpful. Someone even met us specifically at the pier. They were always responsive to our needs. Since we had a baby, they prepared a baby cot for us in advance and kindly allowed us to extend our check-out time. The pier transfers were also very convenient; they helped us transport our luggage to the lobby as we had a lot with the baby. Overall, we weren't really dissatisfied with anything. The lady at the front desk, Chenxiang, was so lovely and lucky; the baby immediately went to her when she held out her arms! 😄 The portions at the restaurant were huge, which really surprised me! 🫶🏻 We didn't get to ride in the legendary pickup truck though! 😄 To be fair, the soundproofing isn't great, but after all the walking and prayers, we were so tired that we fell asleep instantly. So grateful!"

"First of all, a big thank you to the front desk staff, Qianqian, for upgrading our room! The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the complimentary mini-bar. The food at the Chinese restaurant included in our package was also delicious. The pool was nice and clean, but the changing rooms were a bit too small – I'd recommend showering back in your room! Breakfast was good too! The only downside was the mahjong/card room. We asked if there were any discounts, and they said no, so we paid over 700 for two days of play. It was only on the third day that we discovered there were group deals: 98 for four hours during the day and 188 at night. Speechless!"

The room was spacious, and the crib I requested was placed right in the middle, perfectly protecting my child from falling out of bed at night. It gave me great peace of mind traveling with a baby. The hotel's service was also very responsive; any requests were handled promptly. A special shout-out to a male staff member at the front desk, wearing glasses – I believe he's a manager. He was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I do have a few minor suggestions: First, it would be better if there were separate counters for group check-ins and individual guests, as it would improve order. The young lady who checked me in spoke quite softly, making it a bit hard to hear, which was slightly irritating at the time. Second, the laundry room only has two washer-dryer sets, which is too few, and they aren't very powerful. Also, this time I was assigned a corner room. I thought being away from the elevator would make it quieter, but the sound of the elevator running at night was quite noticeable and noisy. By the way, I suggest posting information about the free parking vouchers in the restaurant as well. Since the vouchers change daily, the path from the room to the front desk to the parking garage is quite long (and the elevators are slow). Overall, I'm still very satisfied. It's a top choice for families with children, and I'll definitely consider staying here again when I come to Zhoushan."

"This hotel is right near Banshengdong Pier. I stayed here last year when I came to Mount Putuo for incense burning. I chose this hotel again this year because it's very clean, well-equipped, and smart! There are many seafood restaurants near the hotel, so there are plenty of dining options.🫰"
