"The location is great, right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping very convenient. There's a Kawangka and a Zhan Ji downstairs, and it's super close to the Former Residence of Li Hongzhang. Subway access is also very easy, just a few minutes walk, and there are large shopping malls nearby. The hotel's front desk service was excellent; anything I requested was delivered quickly. The Chinese breakfast options were hot and delicious, which was a definite plus. Being on a high floor, it was very quiet, and I slept really well. Areas for improvement: When I brought my own sheets, they weren't neatly made up. The Western breakfast selection was limited, and the small bed in the family room had a rather basic headboard. I hope they continue to improve and get even better. Hefei is definitely worth a visit!"

"Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!"

"The service was great, and the room was spacious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I'll definitely stay here often for business trips in the future. It's very convenient and high-tech! The robot delivers meals, and you get a notification in your room. Plus, you can enter with facial recognition, so no worries about losing your room key."

"The young man at the front desk had a great attitude and kindly offered a free room upgrade from the second to the sixth floor, which was much quieter. However, the room's cleanliness was disappointing. There were nut shells on the leather sofa, indicating it hadn't been properly cleaned, and I even found false eyelashes on the floor near the mirror, left over from a previous guest. The room also lacked disposable toilet seat covers or any other single-use hygiene products. Given the otherwise good facilities, more attention definitely needs to be paid to housekeeping."

"Service: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave. The hotel food was also delicious. The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall."

"Staying at a Shangri-La is always a safe bet, and this trip to Hefei was no exception. I chose the Shangri-La Hotel again, and as always, the service was excellent. From the front desk staff to the ladies at the Horizon Club on the 27th floor, everyone was gentle, meticulous, and thoughtful. Truly deserving of its five-star rating."

"I stayed for two days in total. On the first day, I was upgraded to a suite for free, which was very spacious with a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows, though it felt a bit cold. What really impressed me was the breakfast, which was prepared with great care. That's why I booked a business king room for my second stay. This room was excellent—modern, smart, and the bed was comfortable. The most important thing is the exquisite breakfast and convenient transportation; it's only a 3-minute walk from the train station."

"The hotel booked in Hefei on the last night was quite satisfactory. It was about 2 kilometers away from Bao Park and Shuguang Vegetable Market. You can ride it. The hotel is newly renovated and there is a little taste. But the hardware decoration, bedding, breakfast make up for this disadvantage, it is still very recommended, the hair dryer is particularly easy to use, Leifen's, the bath water is also very comfortable, breakfast has egg tarts, white, asparagus, lettuce salad varieties, more varieties, it is better, the beef noodles girl said that it is very delicious, will consider this next time."

"The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby, although most were closed for the New Year holiday. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. Even with many guests checking in during the holiday, they remained friendly and courteous. What needs improvement is the room's cleanliness. Upon check-in, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom mirror counter. We figured the cleaning staff might have overlooked it, so we didn't mention it, but it wasn't cleaned on the following two days either. For breakfast, I felt like two hotels were sharing one restaurant, as I saw people entering with different room cards. During the New Year, the restaurant was completely overwhelmed; eating felt like a battle. Overall, I hope the hotel focuses more on the details. I look forward to you doing even better!"

"Spent a wonderful New Year's Eve here! The suite was cozy and well-equipped with everything you'd need, just like home. The service was warm and attentive. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Hefei. Plus, the parking lot is on B2 and has direct access to the hotel front desk."
