"Bed Bugs!!! Upon arrival late at night, we were happy to be finally able to come to a rest after 14 hours on the road. The first impression was good as everything looked rather modern and still new. Unfortunately, when we checked our mattress for any signs of bed bugs, we found two of them. Alive. They were on the box of the box spring! We immediately left the room and notified the gentlemen at the front desk who weren't surprised at all, it seemed. Thankfully, we were moved to a new room that had no signs of pest, but staying there still made us feel uneasy."

"Hotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice. The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left."

Baymont by Wyndham Great Falls City Center

"The location is terrible down town great falls. Drag racing. Reving vehicles. Constant ambulances and police. ******* and drunks and homeless and thieves. I plugged my electric truck in to charge over night and someone stole the cord. The hotel staff was helpful of pulling up the theft on thier camera. The cops showed up and took the (part) of the video but everyone thinks nothing can or will be done. They have a free breakfast. And underground parking. No plugs down there though. The side alley has lots of plugs but never charge there."

"My Husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The Rooms are very clean and the front desk are so friendly. Bailey at the front is so awesome. She went above and beyond to help us fix are reservation and also brought us a fridge cause the we had in the room went out. 💯 ... Also MJ is very friendly and very helpful. Always smiling."

The front desk staff is enthusiastic. It is very suitable for accommodation during travel, with high cost performance and worth recommending."

"Caters to fly fishing which is great. It has every fly imaginable as well as supplies to tie your own flies. Some montana souvenirs as well. Good place to get a license. Don't mention bait fishing or ask for night crawlers here it will receive a cool reception. "
