The room is immaculate clean, well maintained by the Housekeeping. Jess , room attendant is outstanding, she recommended places to go and things to do in Montana. She should be a concierge ascwell. Very sweet, nice and accommodating. Saturday breakfast server is amazing. Complimentary breakfast is such a bonus in this great property. There’s various selections of foods and all delicious. Overall experience was awesome and we highly recommend the Towneplace Suites Great Falls Hotel by Marriott closer to the Canada border Kudos to this five stellars property! 😍"

"Bed Bugs!!! Upon arrival late at night, we were happy to be finally able to come to a rest after 14 hours on the road. The first impression was good as everything looked rather modern and still new. Unfortunately, when we checked our mattress for any signs of bed bugs, we found two of them. Alive. They were on the box of the box spring! We immediately left the room and notified the gentlemen at the front desk who weren't surprised at all, it seemed. Thankfully, we were moved to a new room that had no signs of pest, but staying there still made us feel uneasy."

"Hotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice. The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left."

"Caters to fly fishing which is great. It has every fly imaginable as well as supplies to tie your own flies. Some montana souvenirs as well. Good place to get a license. Don't mention bait fishing or ask for night crawlers here it will receive a cool reception. "
