Service was decent although they did not have us booked for the correct room that we had selected online via the Trip app. After a second trip back to the lobby to discuss options, they did provide us with a similar balcony room but less the jacuzzi tub.

Hotel was beautiful and can't wait to visit again Hotel was great, clean, staff was courtesy and helpful. Everything was lovely. The flowers were lovely. Location was beautiful near the river.

I booked a room with a hot tub. I was told it was out of order. So they put us in a room for the same price and it was dirty and the tv didn’t work. I asked for more pillows and they said they didn’t have any.

The entire staff was welcoming and kind. The rooms were so comfortable,spacious and clean. The hotel itself was so much more than what we were expecting, beautiful flowers and outdoor area included a fire pit. You can sit outside and enjoy the river view. A very short walk to a tasty restaurant on a nice path. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Strongly recommend, will stay there again

Great property. I could tell my room was dated. There was holes in the couch. Bed was clean and comfortable. Overall good, I would stay again.

Really loved the riverside location with patio overlooking the river. Adjacent to walking path. Beautiful flowers in beds and pots around property. Nice, clean pool and hot tub. Patio fire pit a very nice touch for the evening. Would appreciate a make up mirror in the bathroom. Air conditioner fan quite noisy. Bath linen kind of thin. Would prefer if overall layout of the room had the sitting area in back by slider and bedroom on the interior.
