Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel and Suites

Service was decent although they did not have us booked for the correct room that we had selected online via the Trip app. After a second trip back to the lobby to discuss options, they did provide us with a similar balcony room but less the jacuzzi tub.

My mother really enjoyed her experience. I sent her to this hotel this weekend for Mother’s Day and she left nothing but rave reviews.

We always stay here whenever we're near Great Falls because we love the location and the facilities are always nice. It has a great location with ample parking. We love getting a balcony or patio suite. Love the river walk and river.

My issue is the thinness of the walls and the amount of noise that carries from room to room. The area is pretty quiet the noise came within the hotel, both the adjoining rooms and down the hall. Then the breakfast is served quite late for travellers that need to leave early so I went without. Otherwise an average hotel

Quick and easy check-in. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated that I could keep the room dark and cool. Centrally located. Would stay here again!

Always stay here on our way through. Nice and quiet and lovely location on the Missouri River

There was lukewarm water for showering, sink was slow to drain, no sound barriers at all, very noisy. Pool heater was broken. No amenities in the bathroom except one bar of soap.
