Could be a great place, there was garbage left in bathroom garbage can , tables weren’t wiped down, lots of hair left in bathroom! Mattresses are so bad ! Rooms are nice though, just need a bit more time cleaning, I was a chamber maid so I see all the imperfections!

Overall the trip was good but the first day we tipped the housecleaning crew and the second day they didn't even bother to clean our room or change the towells.

Staff were great, beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast according to my family was ok (I couldn’t have it).
Issue with the safe but the manager called a locksmith and it got sorted out.
Close to the pretty empty mall but the area was good if I was passing through and needed to stay somewhere we would stay again

The beds were good but the place is in need of help. Shower door won't stay shut. Tiles on floor broken and was a bit dirty.

Great Falls Great stay!
One of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've ever seen hands down. Super comfortable beds.i don't know if this place is new but it's in brand new condition. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and the breakfast room was great also. I have been traveling on the road for work the last 8 years and this place is the Cadillac of everywhere I've been.

A great value and location and with a pool! Everything was clean and the staff great. Included breakfast was good enough to kick off the day and plenty of room to eat. Will stay here again.

Room shared a wall with the pool so it is noisy and muggy. There was a half full coffee cup in our room and no soap was provided like they weren’t finished cleaning. Walked to a store in the neighborhood and sidewalks in the area were dirty and unsafe to walk.
