The hot tub was down when I check in and no one told me until I dressed to go down. We stayed because of the hot tub due to the tournament we were in. Then breakfast never happened the next morning due to staffing which we needed also because of the tournament we were in. We ended up having to go out and get breakfast on a short time crunch. Not happy with my stay at all.

Our room type that we paid for wasn’t honored. We selected two beds and were only allotted one. The hotel blamed ******* for the error and just told us that it was the only option we had. That is frustrating.
