The giraffes were literally right outside our balcony! The food was delicious. Every meal was great with very healthy portions. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were friendly, knowledgeable and clearly cared about the animals. The tours and encounters that were included in our stay were great too. I got to pat a rhino, feed a tiger, goat and emu as well as feeding the giraffes from our balcony. It was a once in a lifetime experience!"

The amenities are great, especially the complimentary coffee machine. That said, the building does have a noticeable musty smell that’s hard to ignore at first, but it comes with the territory of an older property. Overall, a classy and comfortable stay with plenty of charm and history."
