Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center

It was a disaster. The room lights were broken, and there was no power. The breakfast was terrible and sparse. The doorman didn't help with luggage, but the restaurant service was okay. Overall, the hotel is extremely old.

Room facilities are good, and the hygiene is excellent. The environment is pleasant, and the service is great. The room offers a fantastic sunrise view! 👍

I stayed at two hotels in Buenos Aires this time, and this Sheraton didn't meet my expectations. It was worse than the Hilton in the same category; the facilities were outdated, the bathroom door in my room was warped and difficult to close, the breakfast selection was limited, and the front desk staff weren't very welcoming. However, the location was quite good.

A lovely hotel with nice rooms. I was a bit put off by the reviews on Google that it was too dated, but that wasn't so bad. The rooms aren't the newest, but ours was clean, as was the bathroom.
