This hotel is located in the city center of Buenos Aires, very close to the Obelisk and the Colon Theater. It is also close to the subway and bus station. The transportation is convenient. There are many shops and restaurants around, and it is easy to go out to do errands. Very convenient. The hotel has a nice interior environment. The room is large and has three beds. It's very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. In particular, the hotel staff are warm and hospitable. I am particularly grateful to one of the very amiable old gentlemen at the front desk. He speaks good English and helped us answer many questions. He also lent us a bus card (which can be recharged by ourselves). , let us go out and take the bus and save a lot of things. I would like to praise and thank you here! All in all, this is a good hotel worth recommending.

I loved the hotel, so close to SEVERAL tourist attractions that you can walk to. It's a very busy street, right on the street with the craft shops. There are several restaurants downstairs. Carlos, who served me, was incredible and helped me during my stay, as I had a little problem. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel. Super comfortable.

The accommodations were very good. Breakfast was good... The only downside is that the hotel's parking is at a partner hotel next door. We paid 20,000.00 in local currency at the hotel for the night we parked our car. When we arrived at the hotel to pick up the car, the cost would have been only 10,000.00. This is not an IBIS policy.

Excellent location with 1 min distance to metro and close proximity to Plaza de Maya. Very spacious room though the furniture starts to see signs of wear and tear.

It was a very good stay. The bedding was pretty clean and the front desk people were friendly and professional. It exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book it again once we need to go back to Buenos Aires.

The men at the front desk were great. However, the housekeeper stole my pair of Fendi earrings that I did complain about at check out after I realized it was missing. I am very disappointed in that because I didn’t even ask for my room to be cleaned. It was stolen during the cleaning process.

The facilities are new and clean, from the entrance hall, the elevator and the room.
