HHWEE CHOO YEOHotel is Conveniently located near Line 1 - U District Station , only about 6 minutes walk to hotel from train station. We took Line 1 from airport to U District station. Hotel room is clean , spacious and nice and fits 2 queen size beds. Beds are also comfortable.  There is also complementary breakfast . Safeway supermarket and eateries are all nearby . Easy to take Line 1 to do sightseeing .

CCKWtripSheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.

GGuest UserThe overall ambiance was lovely and very cozy, and the staff were very friendly. However, the day after checking in on August 1st, I received a text message notification that the elevator was out of order. Thankfully, I was on the second floor, so it wasn't a huge issue then. But by the time I checked out on August 6th, it still hadn't been fixed. With luggage and an early flight to catch, this became quite inconvenient. Cleanliness and attention to detail also need improvement. Rooms were cleaned every other day, and I left a $5 tip each time, but the cleaning staff even left a cleaning rag in the bathroom. One major drawback was the noise from being close to the road. On the first night, we heard fire engine sirens three times, but it was fine on subsequent nights. Overall, though, it's very convenient for getting around, and popular attractions are within walking distance.

CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

GGuest UserHad a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking. The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThey upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks. The bathroom was extremely clean! Breakfast was not included, so we had a five minute walk to Starbucks. The concierge accommodated us with a $15 shuttle ride to the cruise ship dock. The shuttle service was excellent and they took care of all of our bags.

GGuest UserNot thrilled with the every other day room cleaning. We were told by an extremely rude evening front desk clerk, that we were told about this upon arrival, which we were not. He also said it was written up in the hotel's description online. Who really reads all the small print? He argued about it with my sister, while waving his hand in her face. He also said he was out of shower caps, which should be provided in the rooms anyway, especially with the overhead rain shower feature. He also screamed at us to move, for smoking in the chairs outside, where there are no posted signs. We didn't feel safe in that neighborhood to smoke on the dark street, as we had a few run ins with the ******** *** homeless.
