Staypineapple, Hotel Five, Downtown Seattle

The hotel's location is excellent. There's even a sparkling water dispenser in the lobby on the ground floor, which is a huge bonus! The hotel also provides cute little bottles. It's super convenient for getting everywhere.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews. The building is old, but it's a charming hotel with many thoughtful touches. I rented a bicycle from them, which was very convenient. There are also Lime electric bikes available in the city, making Seattle's hills and distances much less daunting. However, flushing the toilet produced a very loud noise and a blast of air. The in-room TV connection was poor, so it didn't work. Maintenance came quickly and got the TV to turn on, but I couldn't change channels afterwards, possibly due to a faulty remote. It was frustrating, and I ended up not watching it at all. Perhaps because of this inconvenience, they didn't charge me the resort fee.

Overall it was okay, but the air conditioning was quite loud. Parking at the hotel was $52, so I'd recommend parking at the lot next door for $28 a day instead.
