"Good place for solo/budget travel. Every other hotel is over triple the price, I really appreciate this hostel for being affordable. I like that there was a large storage place under the bed. Plenty of room for each traveler.
Bathrooms are not very clean though. The fixtures also seem old and run down. I understand that a lot of people come through, so that suggests that cleanings should happen more often. I can accept this though given that this is the most affordable place to stay in Seattle."

David in ChinaThe location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days!
I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle!
One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.

A decent value-for-money option in downtown Seattle. The breakfast selection is limited, but it's enough to fill you up – just don't compare it to hotels back home. The room was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the facilities were perfectly fine.

I visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

Guest UserThe location is excellent, very close to the subway station, Pike Place Market, the Chihuly Garden and Glass, other museums, and Pacific Place, all within a 10-minute walk. The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were decent. Housekeeping cleaned daily and changed towels, but the sheets weren't changed during my 5-day stay. Perhaps because it's winter, it felt like there weren't many guests, and the staff seemed a bit understaffed. The air conditioning had some issues, and it took two calls before someone came to fix it. However, overall I was satisfied, and it offers great value for money. It's suitable for family travel.

The pool water was murky, but otherwise generally acceptable. The lower floor next to the road was noisy, but the hotel's location is quite convenient. The Ctrip Air Ticket Department is currently engaged in fraud. They unilaterally changed their tickets and refused to rebook or compensate me. I was in Canada with my children, waiting for news from them, and they didn't care about our well-being. We were forced to return to China via Seattle. This hotel was a waste of money. Therefore, I hope the Ctrip Air Ticket Department will be disbanded soon and stop harming people. Everyone will be unemployed. I wonder how long this fraud department can continue.

devstThe room was much larger than I expected. When checking in, I asked the front desk for a quiet room, and they kindly assigned me one facing away from the highway, so there was practically no noise. It's within walking distance to landmarks like Pike Place Market. However, the hotel is located on a hill, which can be challenging to walk. If you're not in good shape, be prepared for a climb or consider using public transport or a taxi instead of walking.

Not thrilled with the every other day room cleaning. We were told by an extremely rude evening front desk clerk, that we were told about this upon arrival, which we were not. He also said it was written up in the hotel's description online. Who really reads all the small print? He argued about it with my sister, while waving his hand in her face. He also said he was out of shower caps, which should be provided in the rooms anyway, especially with the overhead rain shower feature. He also screamed at us to move, for smoking in the chairs outside, where there are no posted signs. We didn't feel safe in that neighborhood to smoke on the dark street, as we had a few run ins with the ******** *** homeless.

The receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

Joanne ReynonI didn't realize this was attach to The Virginia mason hospital so there was a wheelchair in the hallway and also medical staff was going through the hotel as well. It was a fair place to stay but wouldn't recommend a leisure stay.
