I've been going to this hotel for two years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but also attentive to their guests. The cleanliness is impeccable. We feel very safe, which is good because the airport is nearby.

This hotel is located in the center of Tunisia and is an old hotel. As soon as I entered the hotel, I saw the big boss of the hotel supervising the work at the front desk. I booked a suite this time and it was very clean and comfortable. The most unique thing is that there is a stool in the bathtub. This is specially arranged for the elderly or travelers with limited mobility. This is very thoughtful and deserves praise. It was very peaceful to sleep at night. The suite has a balcony with city views. The room includes meals, and the food is local specialties and delicious. I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Tunisia.

The service staff was warm and friendly, from the front desk Hedila to the restaurant, making you feel warm in a foreign country. The facilities are relatively new, the room is large enough and the price is relatively high.

The guest house is very nice but without private bathroom. During booking, this information was hidden and was not available at first glance. I needed to click twice + scroll down to see this important information. So this was a bad surprise to find out that there were only shared bathrooms.

The hotel staff knocks on my door around 9 or 10 every morning just to get towels, and I've been woken up several times already. This is the first time I've seen this. It's very difficult to communicate with the staff since they don't speak English.

This hotel was excellent. A male staff member named ZOUHAYER at the reception desk checked me in, and when I mentioned that I had an early morning flight the next day and asked about taxis, he was very helpful and polite. He was a very kind person. (I have received permission to mention his name.) Shampoo and body soap are provided in the room. The room was very clean, had air conditioning, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there.

The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries and the fresh fruit. The dining area was pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for starting the day. Overall, my experience at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was enjoyable, with great service, comfortable facilities, and a satisfying breakfast.
