Hotel Carlton

I had an overall average stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which I really appreciated after a long day. The staff were also nice, welcoming, and helpful. However, the biggest downside was the noise. Despite my room not facing the street directly, I could still hear a lot of outside noise during the night, which made it difficult to sleep properly. Soundproofing could definitely be improved. In summary, it’s a decent place with friendly service and clean rooms, but not the best choice if you’re a light sleeper.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall atmosphere is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with walls decorated in a very tasteful and stylish way. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of great options. Highly recommended!

The receptionist was extremely judgy as I was looking a bit tired and disheveled after a 10 hour road trip to Tunisia. I wanted to extend my stay but they told me they were fully booked. Hotel's location is perfect but the staff is a bit standoffish. Anyhow, here's a picture of my dog

The location is good and the staff are helpful but it is very noisy and the cleanliness is poor as shown in the pictures.

The man working between 5 PM and 8 PM is a terrible service provider. This one person is ruining the hotel's image. 1. The restaurant is closed. So, he says he can't provide towels or anything. 2. I already confirmed a late check-in from 11 AM to 1 PM because of my evening flight, but he refuses. (This was already agreed upon the day before, when he bragged about his friendly morning shift.) And he shouts "thank you" in Korean for no reason. He doesn't realize that this behavior actually makes the guest feel worse.

Excellent location and excellent service, I would like to thank all reception members of staff for their friendly service, especially Hedi and Mrs Zahia . As well excellent room cleaning service top notch. Excellent hotel to satay in for business traveller solo traveller and for a weekend in the capital ,loved the breakfast, 100% i recommend to all friends and family members and to anyone wanting to spend time in the capital Tunis as its close to everything you need. Looking forward to staying at carlton hotel in my next trip

Nice and clean hotel at the center of tunis.

This hotel is great!! Location is great! Breakfast is so good! Very convenient and you dont need to worry about food & groceries.
