Hotel Carlton ★★★
"Fantastic experience. It's a rather brand new facility that is up to date and clean. Amenities are well stocked. The staff here are what makes the place tick, they are polite, attentive and helpful. Much appreciation to them and will be coming back here when I'm next in Tunis 👍🏽 Note for management: the bedding is a bit too stiff for some of us with back problems, I wonder if something can be done about it."
El Mouradi Hotel Africa Tunis ★★★★
"Not one of the best very old furniture etc."
Hotel Metropole Residence ★★★
"The biggest downside at Hotel Metropole Residence was the doorman, who was very unwelcoming and didn't make a good first impression. The breakfast was very limited. Aside from that, the rest of our experience was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunis. It's clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it a great base for exploring the city, while the rooms offer good value for money."
Nomads Hostel Tunisia ★★★
"A passionate traveler since 1983, I've seen dozens of hostels around the world… but Nomades Hostel in Tunis surpasses them all! From the moment you arrive, you feel a genuine warmth and positive energy. The staff is exceptional: attentive, smiling, and generous. The karaoke nights are a concentrated dose of laughter and good cheer, and the free dinners transform every meal into an unforgettable shared experience. Impeccable cleanliness, an ideal location, a unique atmosphere… here, you don't just stay, you live an experience. Thank you to the entire team, I will definitely be back!"
Hotel Suisse Tunis ★★★
"We had a very good stay and the overall experience was positive. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved."
Royal Victoria - Ex British Embassy ★★★★
"The room is so old! A large wardrobe takes up half of my room. I went to see a friend's room and it was a little better. There was a leak in the shower and they said someone would come to fix it, but they didn't. Breakfast is extremely simple, not many varieties, and the restaurant environment is also shabby. The breakfast waiter was very nice. The geographical location is an advantage. It would be nice if the maintenance and repairs can be strengthened a little."
Radisson Hotel Tunis City Center ★★★★
"I love this hotel. It's newly opened and very clean. The beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable. The service is exceptional, and they'll help you call a taxi and negotiate prices. Everyone is incredibly friendly. We stayed there for eight nights, on and off, and it was a fantastic experience. It's very close to the airport (20 RMB), the Blue and White Town and the ruins of Carthage (20 RMB), and a 10-minute walk from the Medina. Everything was perfect."
Hotel la Princesse ★★★
"Shouldn't pay before see the room"
Le Parisien Tunis ★★
"Great location, clean, tidy and kind staff, special to Salomé, or Salambo, at recepción desk.."
Choose the Perfect Tunis Stay for Your Travel Needs
Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Tunis
"Desk personnel ain’t that professional compared to the Sheraton in Tunis"
Mövenpick Gammarth
"Visited during Ramadan which is challenging for the local staff, nevertheless everything and everybody met our expectations! A special thank you to Houcine during breakfast who was very tentative and welcoming every day, it was a joy to visit the breakfast buffet every day."
Regency Tunis Hotel
"The environment is quiet and the Chinese are very hospitable"
Mövenpick Hotel du Lac Tunis
"I arrived on 30 th aug , late night , had booked in online, arrived tired and waited 30 mins, which was frustrating, then was given a room where a dog was in a balcony opposite, I did not sleep all night, but when I did put it to the hotel they did change my room"
Golden Carthage Hotel Tunis
"The welcome upon arrival and the assistance from Hichem at the reception was excellent. The rest of the team, from housekeeping to security, was very professional. We come here regularly every year, and despite the current circumstances, the Golden Tulip is still standing strong. Thank you for everything, Hichem and the Golden Tulip hotel."
Campanile El Mechtel
"You need to go through security to enter the hotel, and it feels very safe. The hotel provides free drinking water, which is rare in Tunisia and many four-star hotels do not have it. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. You can have a bird's eye view of Tunis from the ninth floor."
Tunis Marriott Hotel
"The bed frame broke when I got into bed, but the hotel quickly offered a room change and repair service. Ultimately, a staff member came to fix the bed. The hotel is very close to the airport, and all the staff provided excellent service."
Novotel Tunis
"This is my 4th time staying at Novotel Tunis Mohammed V. While the staff are nice and helpful as always, I believe that the quality of rooms and the service has deteriorated drastically. I had problem with the WC closet which was leaking water. After reporting the problem, someone came to check but explained that it would take time to fix it and left and I wasn’t offered to change the room afterwards. Water was being wasted during my whole stay of 5 nights. The menu at the restaurant was very poor and had very limited choices. The breakfast had no choices and I was forced to have my breakfast everyday outside as I didn’t believe that it was worth paying the extra for it. Same for dinner when I wanted to have something there but I was very limited in choices that I had to eat outside everyday day. I really recommend the situation to be reviewed and the service to be improved. I have been staying there for 2 years and each time I visit Tunisia for business and it is a pity to see such decline in service. You can check my comments from 2023 to see the difference. I really don’t like changing my hotels but I will be forced to if I find the situation the same the next time I visit."
Sheraton Tunis Hotel
"The hotel is great. There are dedicated staff who will help you with your luggage, bringing it up to your room or assisting you with carrying it. The hotel also has security checks, so you need to go through security when entering and exiting, which adds to the safety."
Palais Bayram
"Beautiful venue, great location and friendly staff. Only downside is the area is extremely quiet at night and it can be a little intimidating trying to find your way back later in the evening."
Dar El Jeld Hotel and Spa
"The location is in the center of Medina. You need to pass through the market to arrive. After all, it is an African country, which is a bit scary. The room is very big and has a bathtub, which is luxurious I had an allergy after eating breakfast. The hotel helped me call the doctor."
Hotel Concorde Les Berges du Lac
"Very good recommendation and I enjoyed very much so I advise all"
