"I booked a deluxe twin room, and the front desk service was very friendly upon check-in. The only thing is that the room was on a mezzanine level, so we had to take the elevator and then walk up one flight of stairs. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the location was convenient with all sorts of snacks available downstairs, right on the main road. It was pretty good. The breakfast also had a good variety. Recommended!"

"The room is so old! A large wardrobe takes up half of my room. I went to see a friend's room and it was a little better. There was a leak in the shower and they said someone would come to fix it, but they didn't. Breakfast is extremely simple, not many varieties, and the restaurant environment is also shabby. The breakfast waiter was very nice. The geographical location is an advantage. It would be nice if the maintenance and repairs can be strengthened a little."

Catastrophic bedding, the sheets were not changed during our entire stay and in addition, dirty sheets and old, tired mattress that make noise at the slightest movement. The restaurant does not offer anything interesting for a 4-star hotel. I do not recommend and must be downgraded to a two-star. It is a shame for the Tunisian hotel institute."
