JJanUpon arrival at Lanta Triple Novel, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home, assisting us with everything we needed.
We stayed in the bungalows, which were spacious and well-equipped. There was a clothes drying rack inside and another on the porchโthis was the first hotel where we had ample space to dry our clothes. The porch was furnished with plastic chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The bungalow featured a small kitchenette accessible from the porch through a side door, which is convenient if you're planning a longer stay.
Inside, there was a small plastic wardrobe for storing clothes and a mini-fridge. The only thing missing was a table and two chairs inside the room, which would have added to the comfort. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room cool. The location was very quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. The only minor inconvenience was during heavy rain when the metal roof became quite loud.
We rented a scooter from the owner at a decent price, making it easy to explore the island. Although there's a restaurant as part of the hotel, we didn't have the time to dine there. Originally, we planned to stay for three days but ended up extending our stay to four because we enjoyed it so much.
The location is perfectโit's close to the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner where you can get everything you need for your stay. It's a 4-minute drive to Saladan Pier, so you'll have an easy time catching ferries or speedboats for further travel.
Overall, our experience at Lanta Triple Novel was excellent. The friendly owner, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made our stay memorable.

HHanneMI had an amazing stay at the brand-new Phumala Lanta Seaview Resort! The bungalows are unique, built on stilts amidst lush greenery, with a magical view over the treetops and the coast. Staying here feels like being in a small fairytale, with comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, and a lovely terrace featuring both a bathtub and sun loungers. Between the bungalows, charming lighting in the trees creates a special and cozy atmosphere in the evenings. If any challenges arise, the staff and owner are incredibly attentive and resolve everything quickly and efficiently. The service is truly top-notch! The resort is just a 5-7 minute walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach, and shops and restaurants are also nearby. Across the road, Pad Thai Rock n Roll serves absolutely amazing food, and their staff is incredibly friendly โ a must-visit during your stay. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it from four to nine nights. Note that the hotel shares its reception with Bakantiang Resort, so make sure to mention this to your taxi driver to find the correct location. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserMornings in the mountains were magical: sunshine, sudden downpours, misty clouds, the calls of monkeys, the singing of birds... Suddenly, I found myself thinking that trekking up and down the slopes two or three times a day wasn't so bad after all! [grinning emoji]
As my departure approaches, I'd like to share my review of this hotel. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the balcony was enormous โ even bigger than the room itself! (If you're not worried about the local monkeys making off with your belongings, you can really spread out there! [laughing-crying emoji]) The air conditioning was excellent, the water pressure was strong, and surprisingly, the water wasn't salty at all. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. Once you head down the hill, within a five-minute walk, you'll find everything you need: the beach, a 7-Eleven, a laundry shop, travel agencies, and the famous Lanta Pizza. The hotel also has its own scooter rentals available, and you can usually bargain the price down to match what you'd find at shops outside.
If you inquire when booking, there are a few room types located lower down the hill. However, the two-bedroom villas and rooms near the infinity pool are all situated on the ridge. For young couples who appreciate peace and quiet, I highly recommend these options. But for multi-generational families with elderly members and young children, like ours, I'd advise choosing carefully.
A special thank you to NI at the front desk for her absolutely outstanding service! And also to the lovely young lady (whose name I didn't catch, but she was so sweet and wonderful) who served us at the hilltop poolside restaurant. Thank you all for giving us a perfect holiday!

GGuest UserI have travelled around Thailand for a month and this was one of my last stops. Out of every hotel I stay this was my favourite one. The staff were SO helpful with everything.
They helped me book speed boats and gave me recommendations to all the best places. I rented a scooter from them and it was in good condition and super convenient for the island. The breakfast that was included was delicious and the hotel rooms are super comfortable.
Overall I would say my favourite thing about this place is the staff. All of them are amazing, friendly and kind people.

Location is great.North is noisy and a little bit crowd, south is not convenient. Moonlight is in middle of lanta and just near the sea.It has its own beach and there is a wood cabin you can lay down to get massage.
Food is good.My package includes breakfast.There are fresh fruits, bacon,yogurt .I stayed 2 days in moonlight ,the 2 days' breakfast is same but delicious .
Room is clean and towards to ocean.I booked ocean view room and the view is stunned.
Service is 11 out of 10! Staff is very polite and enthusiastic.You can fell everyone is so happy then you'll become happy too.Trust me, moonlight is perfect place to chose.

MMohamed-AliOur stay at Lom La Lanta was absolutely delightful! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While the street noise could be a little noticeable in the late morning, using earplugs ensured we slept very well.
The location is very good, with a 7-Eleven just a 5-minute walk away and the beach close by. For exploring the best beaches and attractions in Koh Lanta, we highly recommend renting a motorbike. We rented ours directly from Sada, and her service was outstanding! She offered the best prices and was incredibly friendly and helpful. If you need anything during your stay, just ask Sada.
Another highlight of our stay was the super-fast internet. We had 300 Mbps in the reception area and 50 Mbps in our room, which was perfect for workation. Plus, the adorable cats around the hotel made our experience even more enjoyable!
We sincerely hope to visit again soon. Thank you, Sada, for your exceptional hospitality!

SST & PSFront desk not very welcoming when check in. Did the job checking in and explaining the deposit, room, breakfast restaurant, beach location.
Issued us the room key and informed us the room direction, then we realised the check in is completed and we can be on the way to the room (1st time without hotel staff of this type/size of resort bringing us, not a big deal).
Strangely one staff did โpop upโ after we left the reception building, offer to bring us to the room. We rejected since we figured we can manage.
One good point is we get to check in earlier than the designated time.
Room has unpleasant smell when first enter, but got use to it after a day (after house keeping next day).
Room size is big, has a bath tub (did not use), a bed room and living room. No TV in bed room, TV in living room but limited TV program.
Have two huge pool, one among the blocks, one nearer to the beach.
Initial impression was not great, but after a few days, got used and get to enjoy the stay.
Good location (good local restaurants, convenient store, laundry shop nearby), great pool, breakfast consider ok but could be better.
Stayed during the end of the popular season, resort not crowded.
Will I stay again?
Yes, for the pool and during low season, less tourists.
No, will try out other resorts along the same stretch of the beach.

GGuest UserWe traveled as a family with young children and stayed at Chomview Koh Lanta. The room was spacious and big enough to comfortably accommodate four people, which was very convenient for our family.
However, there were several issues during our stay. The walkway to the room had no lighting at night, which felt unsafe, especially when traveling with children. We also experienced water shortages, and the room had an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet.
The location is quite far from the main road, so transportation is necessary to get around. This may not be convenient for families without their own vehicle.
On a positive note, the staff hospitality was good and they were friendly and helpful.
Overall, the hotel has good room size and kind staff, but improvements are needed in maintenance, lighting, and water supply.

Food: Delicious and super affordable.
Service: Excellent service for our entire stay. The ladies at the reception were very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. They helped to arrange the tour to phi phi island and a boat to Phuket.
Room: Terrible. The bathroom is spacious but hot. They only provide two towels (which smelled off). They donโt have telephones in the rooms so every time you need something you have to go to the receptionist which I think itโs inconvenient and time consuming. After cleaning they donโt refill the shower gels. Had to go back to them every time we needed to shower.
Amenities: Big and clean pool with ocean view. Loved it. ๐
