Very, very satisfactory hotel, although it looks small, and the external three-star rating. But I think this hotel is much better than three stars. The characteristic is that the location is too good, right next to the amphitheater. Another is that the breakfast is very good. The small room is not a problem for me. It can be seen that the management of this hotel is also very good. The occupancy rate is very high.

beevvThe best thing about this Moxy, first and foremost, is its location. The hotel is right by the Verona train station, just out the door and to the right. Across the street is the bus stop, making it super convenient whether you're traveling by train or heading into the city.
Even though it's right next to the train station, and our room even faced the tracks, the soundproofing was surprisingly good. We barely heard any noise at night and slept very peacefully.
The hotel generally maintains Moxy's signature youthful and modern design style. The public areas are vibrant, and the rooms are clean and tidy. If you prefer a more stylish and relaxed hotel vibe, this one will definitely meet your expectations.
Regarding the service, I want to share two specific points.
On the night we checked in, it happened to be the World Cup quarter-finals. The hotel's lobby bar was packed, and almost all the staff were gathered there, engrossed in the game. Unfortunately, our TV malfunctioned – we had sound but no picture. We contacted the front desk, but after waiting for over an hour, no one came up to fix it. So, we ended up having to 'listen' to the entire football match, which was the only slightly disappointing part of my stay.
However, apart from this unique incident, all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially one male staff member working during the day – he was humorous, enthusiastic, and very professional, and he could also make a beautiful and delicious coffee. Later, when our train was delayed, he proactively offered us a lot of practical advice, which was incredibly thoughtful.
Overall, this is a very vibrant hotel, and it lives up to my impression of Marriott's Moxy brand: young, modern, clean, and with service full of personality. Aside from the little hiccup on World Cup night, my stay was very satisfying. If I ever come to Verona again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose to stay here.

The hotel is at a very good location, at a walking distance to the city center and with a plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff was very helpful and gave us a very good guide of the city when we were checking in. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in Europe.

NaoziliyipenjianghudemaoThis was the most satisfying hotel of our Italy trip, and the price definitely played a role, haha! Probably because it's in a small town, the value for money was incredible! The service was excellent. The front desk helped us book a restaurant, and then we had to cancel because my friend wasn't feeling well, which made us feel a bit bad. Anyway, a big thank you to this hotel. If I ever visit Verona again, I'd definitely choose this hotel! It even made Verona feel more beautiful!

At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona.
The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price.

This hotel is listed in the way of walking on the earth. It's close to the arena, but the room is very quiet. When people talk in the corridor, the building itself is old, so it sounds. The equipment itself had no problem and there was a window with a screen door for midsummer. There was no kettle pot in the single room. The room was clean and I thought the staff was willing to be worth the price. I would like to visit this time if I have the opportunity to watch the outdoor opera.

Everything is great!
Location is good for those who drives, convenient parking, but far from city center (not walking distance).
Large room, clean, good amenities, good reception staff, good breakfast.
I love most about the bed and pillows. I read some bad reviews but I think the bed and pillows are not too soft which is good for back and neck. I had best sleep here during all my stay in Italy.

I had booked the usual double room on the first floor, but when I got to the room I found the beds separate. So I went back to the reception and they put me in a room on the 5th floor not up to the standard of the rooms on the lower floors.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Maxim. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel has a car park attached to the property, which made us feel much safer and more comfortable traveling with our car.
The hotel itself is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was practical, clean, and well equipped.
Overall, it’s a convenient option if you’re visiting Verona by car and looking for a comfortable place to stay with easy parking.

Clean room and helpful staff. The location isn’t close to the city center, and although there’s a shuttle service, it’s not the most convenient if you plan to visit the city often, but that’s understandable. Other than that, it’s a good hotel with everything you need. When I checked out, they mistakenly added a minibar charge I hadn’t used, but it was quickly resolved.
