Amazing
At this hotel, you are only 5 minutes walk from everything you need to see. The reception is welcoming, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was what you need. Easier to get to from the railway station and then you are right in the heart of the city. I would recommend this hotel.

At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona. The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price.

Charming and Comfortable Stay at Hotel Firenze I had a lovely stay at Hotel Firenze. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the room was exceptionally clean. I especially appreciated the heated toilet—such a thoughtful touch! The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made arrival and departure easy, though it’s a bit of a walk to reach the historic city center. Being next to a main road, there was some street noise, but it wasn’t disruptive. Overall, a charming and well-kept hotel that offers a pleasant and cozy stay.

Booked on short notice, the hotel is in a great location, clean, tidy and spacious, with free breakfast included, which is served at a cafe across the street, and includes a croissant, a mini sandwich, a glass of juice and a cup of coffee. The service staff had a blank expression on their faces and a rather cold attitude, but they were very professional and explained everything that needed to be explained carefully. Fortunately, there is not much need to deal with.
