"I highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to everything — the arena, the main square, bars, and restaurants — so the location is very convenient for sightseeing.
I was also upgraded to a one-bedroom room! The staff were all very kind and friendly.
The amenities were great as well: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tea bags, coffee powder, and more. Toothbrushes seem to be available upon request."

Great hotel. Spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen. Location is outstanding, right in the middle of old city center. 25 mins walk to station. Very helpful stuff at reception. It has an elevator to help with the luggage. Definitely, if I am back in Verona, I'll stay there.

Guest UserThe stay I had there was simply incredible, I was positively impressed and would come back a thousand times over, everything is very beautiful, organized and very well located, it is right in the city center which makes the stay more pleasant, everything you can do nearby, there is all the commerce and especially next to the arena, the most beautiful thing, the hotel itself is very well built and there was always someone there to help us, the room is the cutest thing and super tidy, the breakfast is very tasty and There are several options, I loved everything about the hotel, congratulations and the people who work there are extremely friendly!!! 💕

Guest UserThe location of this hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra or the Arena of Verona. There is also a big PAM supsemarket right at the start of the street 2mins away which we found very convenient for buying drinks and snacks. Roberto, the host/receptionist, was very very nice and explained everything to us including the wifi access etc. We even lucked out with a room with a balcony. It was a very nice stay, and I would recommend this to visiting Verona for a few days. The only downside is yhat there is no daily housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights without any room cleaning nor change of towels. However, Roberto shared his watsapp number with us, and I think new towels can be requested if needed. I will be happy to stay here again on our next visit!

Ilaria CaporasoPosizionato in centro, perfetto per avere a portata di mano i punti di interesse culturali veronesi oltre che ristoranti e negozi. La camera era molto bella, proprio come ce la si aspettava, pulita e con ogni servizio utile. La signorina che ci ha accolto molto brava e cordiale non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, dalla colazione a spiegazioni e consigli vari a semplici chiacchierate. È stato un soggiorno coi fiocchi. Un consiglio per chi soggiorna a Verona, a prescindere dall'hotel, è quello di valutare l'idea di non usare la macchina: i parcheggi purtroppo sono molto molto cari!

Guest UserThe location is very close to tourist attractions, but it takes ten minutes to get to the train station. Most of the roads in the middle are uneven, and some roads are under renovation, so it is difficult to walk with suitcases.
The room is overall clean, decorated in an ancient style, and the space is small. A key is required for entry and exit. Breakfast has few choices, but the price is reasonable.

The location is very good, the room is very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and the refrigerator is large. The washing machine is very Italian, working once, and resting for 30 minutes. There is no washing powder in the room and you need to bring your own. It is best to provide wifi password in the room, contacted many times, until leaving, and did not connect to wifi.

В апартаментах есть все необходимое для того, чтобы с комфортом проживать в течение любого срока: прекрасно оборудованная кухня, балконы, качественная мебель, стиральная машинка, кондиционеры и многое другое. Всё как дома. Очень любезный персонал. И самые низкие цены в автоматах, которые мы встречали за последние поездки)) С удовольствием вернемся!

Location is good, 10mins walk from Piazza Bra and shopping street. Host provided very little hand soap and shampoos. Floor is not very clean. Won't change towels for you.
Host will contact you via trip.com or WhatsApp and ask you to provide your estimated arrival time, so this is good.
Breakfast is at a cafe opposite, the croissant is good.
