All we expected. Good breakfast. Slightly out of hand. Parking is a citizen and is also used by supermarket customers. So if you need a parking there is the custodian of the hotel at payment

There is a parking lot, very close to the old town, and the front desk staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic! The room is similar to an apartment, with a balcony! With air conditioning, you won’t be afraid of the heat in summer! The breakfast is a relatively standard continental breakfast. Due to the epidemic, the breakfast is served at the table provided by the service staff! Very thoughtful! There is a supermarket about 200 meters away, buying fruit snacks and beer...cheap!

I had booked x1 only night x because I imagined it was a hotel “beat and run” looking for better x the next night and instead we recreated both my husband and me. Once we took the room we decided to book the next night and with half-pension x because this hotel is really a good compromise x visit Verona . The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. A dinner with simple but very tasty dishes that we very pleased to see the tiredness of the visit to Verona and the service of the very professional and courtesy guardian. The reception staff are gentle and very prepared x give information about the visit of Verona center and its museums .. and lastly, the convenience of being able to go to the center only 15 /20 minutes by taking the always timely and frequent means right in front of the hotel and the possibility of buying tickets directly in the hotel is not least important. +sehr nette Mitarbeiter +große Auswahl beim Frühstück und sehr lecker +Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und ausreichend groß, es gab einen Tisch mit Stuhl, sowie einen Schrank und Safe +die Klimaanlage war bei der sommerlichen Hitze äußerst nützlich +auf der anderen Straßenseite ist direkt die Bushaltestelle, um ins Stadtzentrum zu fahren +5 Gehminuten zum Supermarkt, falls erwünscht +liegt an einer Straße die zum Gardasee führt, sodass man dorthin (sogar mit dem Bus) einen Tagesausflug machen kann

Wow! fantastic hotel and excellent communication from the staff from the moment of booking. We had a transfer from the airport to the hotel and were immediately welcomed by very professional and friendly reception staff who spoke excellent English. The room was spotless, and well equipped and well serviced throughout our stay. The staff were very knowledgeable of the local attractions and shared this with us to enhance our stay 100%. There is so much to do, and the hotel is situated in such a great location to access all the things to do in this city, particularly the Arena (3-minute walk) which was the main reason we booked it to see Eros Ramazzotti in concert. Upon our departure, there was a glitch with the airport transfer not collecting us, but the very capable receptionist made a few phone calls and very quickly got us picked up and to the airport on time. I can't recommend this Hotel enough as a quality place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. Great location in Verona, short walk from train station and in the other direction an easy walk to the gate and into the historic area, many options for eating and shopping. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful, offering suggestions and directions. The room was clean and comfortable perhaps a bit tight and as others have mentioned the shower was really small. Water pressure was an issue on a couple of mornings. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices - we almost didn't need a lunch! The lobby bar offered wines by the glass and we enjoyed trying local wines and, of course, campari or aperol spritz after a day of sightseeing! I want to recognize James, whether serving in the breakfast room or the bar, his charming personality and assistance made our visit extra special!! We celebrated a couple of birthdays during our stay and James created tasty and beautifully presented appetizers to accompany our Prosecco!!

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, great swimming pool. The people are very friendly. The only downside is that it is far away from the city center, and the transportation cannot work 24 hours a day, but everything else is fine

This is just a review to say thank you so so much to the lovely man who was on reception duty on the night of the Mon 11th. We had an awful experiance with the buses, and he helped us get home, and called us a taxi. So incredibly grateful, and he didn’t even think twice. We didn’t even stay here, but if the staff if like this man - I can only sing this hotels praises. So sorry we didn’t get his name and had no cash tip, to show out appreciation - but just wanted to acknowledge his kindness. Thank you again:)

After being recommended to stay at this “hotel” for a course we were doing, it was a nightmare from day one. We were in a 4 bed apartment and hot water wouldn’t work for more than 15 minutes so that meant some of us were having cold showers everyday. Especially when they’d fix it at night but it was freezing again by the morning and we didn’t have time to get them to sort it as this took around an hour of our time. Despite telling them EVERYDAY that our hot water wasn’t working and the boiling was broke, it took them 6 days into our 10 night stay to do something. Everytime we would plead them to fix it or move us apartments, they lied and told us that the hotel was fully booked and would just tell us to turn the boiler on and off. The hob in our apartment barely worked, everything was dirty and smelt like a nursing home, no washing machine, mouldy dirty showers and limescale on the shower head so thick that it wouldn’t even work properly. The microwave sparked at the plug and needed to be changed, the bedsheets smelt dirty and the shutters kept jamming. On day 6 they moved us to a smaller apartment, despite paying for more and didn’t apologise or offer any compensation. When we arrived, the showers still weren’t in the best condition and the kitchen was barely supplied with any utensils to cook and then the balcony door jammed shut. When we called reception, he said they couldn’t do anything for a couple of hours despite us having washing our there and wanting to use the balcony to enjoy the sun. He then barged in 10 minutes later, not saying anything and pulling at the doors then proceeded to climb through the window to get to the balcony. We’ve constantly had to change our plans to wait whilst the staff at the hotel messed with the broken things and not know how to fix it. There was no proper engineering staff and we didn’t see any cleaners working whilst we were here. The one time our apartment was cleaned, they didn’t leave any toilet roll and left one of the rooms completely uncleaned. The staff haven’t apologised once for any of these issues, if anything they make you feel like an annoyance when they should just get their hotel sorted. It’s dirty, it’s old and it’s been a nightmare. It also looks NOTHING like the photos. It’s overpriced and promising an experience that doesn’t exist. Save your money, the hostel would probably be nicer.

I would put more stars, if I could. Found this place after had terrible service at Rigoletto, no one was there to open door for me, so i had to find another place on the spot. For few do llars more, I got service that worth much more that they charge. Milano hotel and spa right away made me feel like at home. From the moment i walked in to the moment i was relaxing in rooftop jacuzzi, with amazing view to Arena , took exactly 25 min. I got room with view to Arena, even without asking. Breakfast was served like at high class restaurant, with huge variety of choices from the menu. Everything carefully chosen, for the clients comfort . Stuff very very polite and friendly, especially Cristina and Gavriel. There is much more to say, but it's better one time to try yourself. This place is simply cares! Thank you guys for making my stay at your place so special, cannot wait to come back!
