"Located by the lake, the location is excellent. It's easy to walk around and there's a convenience store nearby. The reception staff provided great service. The room was very spacious with a thick, comfortable bed, and very clean. There's also a balcony in front of the room. The breakfast was fantastic and absolutely delicious. All the staff were kind and communicated very well, and one of them even spoke Thai! Highly recommend."

Overall, the stay was good, but it was a bit noisy since the hotel is right next to the main road. It was a little difficult to sleep comfortably.

The location is walking distance to lal chowk. It's a quiet road, fairly clean. Decor is nice, room has heater and electric blanket and fan. Warm water seems to be available mornings but mostly not on evenings possibly because of the freezing temperatures this time of year. For me personally it was a problem as i normally take evening showers as well. Every room had a window afaik. Breakfast was highly enjoyable and recommended. Staff are polite and helped me get auto as well on my departure. Overall the experience was pleasant enough and if you only normally take one bath shower a day it would be ok
