We group of 3 couples with kids stayed here in April 2024. We booked three rooms stayed couple of night, It really pleasent experience staying at the Jamawar Hotel. Starting from our arrival staff is very suppotive and quick while responding. Hotel location is near by dal lake and mughal garden. Rooms are very specious in size and clean. Omly thing wanted to highlight is all our three rooms do not have AC heater instead of that they have provided heater blankets and portable heater too. Food quality is good and testy, you will get both options buffet and ala carte which includes veg and non-veg both. Only thing needs more improvement is time taken to refilled few dishes, order also takes time. But since food quality and taste is there so can be ignore waiting time. Owner personally keeps an eye on all the activities also support us for booking cab, guidance on points to vist. One more person is genuinely gem i.e. Mr. Aamir (Manager) of hotel who supported us on all small issues. So overall really great experience staying at the jamawar compare to charges of rooms. Thanks to team, cheers!!!

The hotel is very good in Srinagar. It is built against the mountain and is very safe. There is the only entrance to the mountain below, and the UN observer camp is below the hotel. There is a place to eat when you go out, and it is very convenient to go to the center of Srinagar nearby, walking to Banda Lake. The room is not small and hot water is enough. The breakfast was good.
