"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of life, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the design and comfort of the space.

GGuest UserHaving a real problem getting a refund from these guys on another booking through *********** . I had to change plans and cancelled, but Roseate wont cancel the booking in their system so *********** wont repay me my 50% refund, very frustrating.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, the train station is only a 3-minute walk away. The hotel looks elegant. The room is more stylish and large in size than expected. Fully equipped, with bottled water, boutique coffee, chocolate biscuits and a variety of tea bags. Just just checked in, there is no extra boxed tissue available. The elevator is bad, the staff quickly helps to carry the luggage, the service attitude is very good 👍🏻 I recommend this hotel ＇ I will stay again next time. 👏🏻👏🏻

GGuest UserVery nice hotel, they have games like ping pong and darts in the reception area to play for free and a nice bar. Rooms are very spacious! When we checked in they stated 24 hour bar and reception desk but when I went down at around 3am I didn’t see a worker. But I would come back here again!

GGuest UserStayed here for 7 days before and after, the hotel is a chain hotel, there are many guests, although not particularly large, but many people stay every day. The room size is moderate, there are no special highlights and no obvious shortcomings. The front desk staff is more enthusiastic. Breakfast is a standard English breakfast, which has everything.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay here for a wedding 15 minutes drive away.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times.
The only comment I would like to raise is that we were given room 9 which was described as an accessible room (which we didn’t need) but it was completely inappropriate as accessible as the shower ( which was in the bath) would have been completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user, or someone else with difficulty moving who wouldn’t have been able to climb into the bath to use it.
Breakfast was excellent.

GGuest UserAfter requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy.
The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night.
Not sure if recommended staying here. .

VViggiReally loved everything about this hotel - from my stay to the food and it’s location close to the city centre. Will definitely choose to stay here every time I visit Reading! Staff is really friendly and helpful as well - they knock on the door every morning the room!
