Garner Hotel READING CITY CENTRE by IHG ★★★
"Location is central and air conditioning is perfect during heatwave. New decorations and overalls is satisfactory except soundproofing is not good enough."
Hotel 1843 Reading ★★★
"It's right upstairs from the bar, and it's super noisy!"
Ibis Reading Centre ★★★
"No service facility was available. they don’t have plates and lift was not working ."
Novotel Reading Centre ★★★★
"Room spacious and well-designed, but sad wear and tear. After long flight was looking forward to hot soak, but bath lever didn’t work and tub didn’t drain readily. Hand soap empty or dispenser didn’t work. Toilet door wouldn’t shut properly and ventilation didn’t work either - not a great combination. Reported all to reception but didn’t get the impression anyone cared. Guess they have a captive Heathrow audience."
Hilton Reading ★★★★
"One of the best"
Sure Hotel by Best Western Reading ★★★
"The staffs are always available to support and give your best stay"
Malmaison Reading ★★★★
"The location is very good, the train station is only a 3-minute walk away. The hotel has an elegant appearance. The room is more stylish and larger than expected. It is fully equipped with bottled water, specialty coffee, chocolate, biscuits and a variety of tea bags. Just checked in and there were no extra boxes of tissues available. The elevator was broken, but the staff quickly helped to move the luggage. The service attitude was very good👍🏻I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time. 👏🏻👏🏻"
Holiday Inn READING-SOUTH M4, JCT.11 by IHG ★★★★
"The rooms stank and were damp. Not very nice at all. Not clean and dirty food plates just everywhere in hallways"
Premier Inn Reading Central ★★★
"I stayed here for 7 days. It's a chain hotel, and quite busy, even though it's not particularly large. The rooms were a good size, with no standout features or obvious drawbacks. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was a standard English breakfast, with all the usual items."

Mercure Newbury West Grange Hotel
"The staff is friendly and polite. Although it’s a bit of a drive from Newbury and closer to Thatcham, the location isn’t too bad. There are even public transport links, with a bus stop outside on the line that connects Newbury to Reading. I haven’t tried the food yet, as it seemed a bit expensive to me. However, there’s a pub nearby that serves excellent food. Unfortunately, there’s no air conditioning, but fans are provided."
Premier Inn Reading Gateway
"The room was nice. I slept peacefully. The breakfast was excellent; a standard British breakfast."
Best Western Reading Calcot Hotel
"10/10 hotel excellent stay"
Parkside International Hotel
"Check in was a bit slow . But stay was decent but they could work on their cleanliness as the bath tube had stains and the toilet flush was not stopping at all was running through the whole night. And bed covers had some stains as well"
Premier Suites Reading
"We lived in two bedrooms suite, good location, near city centre, big size, good for family. But the Sound insulation is not very good."
The Roseate Reading
"Breakfast is greart! service is top level, only downside is that the facility is dated. I can't use the bathtub and overhead shower. I arrived late and checked out early, so didn't bother to change rooms."
voco READING by IHG
"Overall, it was a good experience. The main highlights were the swimming pool, which was great for a swim, and the availability of parking!"
Village Hotel Reading
"Great hotel and good staff on reception. The bar staff are OK but do lrioratise people who they want, not in an orderly fasion. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay with a good choise of facilities."
