"The over cleanliness of the hotel was pretty poor, hallways were beat up and in need of repair, the sheets were stained and there was dust everywhere. Especially dirty window seals and cigarette burns on the bedside table. The first night the adjacent rooms were arguing and playing loud music until 5am, the second night it was more quiet but the hallways smelt of ******** and every half hour or so someone was throwing stuff about in their room. It has the potential to be an outstanding stay, the staff were fine and coping well with what they have. it’s a shame the people in the area let it down. Missed breakfast so I could get some sleep once everyone had settled down before having to check out and travel again."

The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, including a Wendy's downstairs. The staff are polite and efficient. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel and a train station just a 2-minute walk away. The pillows and mattress were very soft and comfortable."

"Lovely hotel. Most miserable reception staff I have ever encountered, especially the man who was on the morning we left. I politely mentioned that whilst I appreciated that they had put a fan in the room because of the heat, the state of it, it was beyond filthy, wasn't really acceptable. He barely acknowledged my concern, didn't look up from the computer screen, and just mumbled, I'll tell the cleaner. He most definitely should not be fronting a hotel reception. Hos absolutely not bothered attitude left a lot to be desired."
