Hotel was lovely, fab location. However breakfast could be more organised was very chaotic. Coming from a hospitality background I appreciate things can be difficult when busy, which it was but a bit of added customer service and a smile wouldn’t go a miss. Staff rolling their eyes and sighing during service made us feel unwelcome, like we were a problem being there as they were struggling with the amount of customers.

Lovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

Ms.MeeraI loved staying at Quebecs, I was here for a solo trip and only stayed for one night. Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

Guest UserThe hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access.
The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?

Guest UserHey guys! I’m writing a review to inform everyone before they booked this place! Leonardo hotel is really good considering its close to the city and the room is quite clean. However please do come prepared to bring your own amenities.
I’m talking about your own toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion, etc. The hotel won’t provide you with any of that, they have it in the hotel but they cost roughly £3 pounds each! If you forgot your essentials i suggest you go check out boots or superdrugs to buy some stuff!
The breakfast is okay though. £14 per person.

Alison ButcherThe hotel itself was quiet, comfortable and with a great location. The windows to the room do not open and the air handling shut itself off in the middle of the night so woke up feeling queasy for lack of fresh air. The breakfast is a disaster. Poor quality materials, poor hot breakfast alternatives for vegans/vegetarians/pescatarians. Items there were cold and flavourless. Cold options were poor. Only one cereal on offer. Presented with chipped crockery. I drink espresso and only offered massive mugs. Bread is poor quality. Toaster set up incorrectly. Orange juice was not orange juice but water with a bit of orange flavour.

TTTHIf you're traveling by train, this hotel is relatively close, about a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center, both easily accessible. The hotel breakfast is good, offering a basic English breakfast, though the coffee isn't great. The rooms are a bit larger compared to other English hotels. During my stay this time, the bathtub drain was blocked, but the staff went out of their way to help me resolve the issue, and they succeeded. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a sauna, but children are not allowed in the sauna. If children want to use the pool, they must go before 6 PM. This is a good hotel, and I would visit again.

Lovely hotel and excellent value if you can book it at the right time. Very luxurious for the price I paid. A little bit out on a limb for access into Leeds city centre but plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Headingley. The main restaurant at the hotel is quite upmarket but the attached pub The Stables is excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Anonymous UserHave stayed several times when visiting family. Was disappointed this time not to have a fridge I had assumed all rooms had them and due to me booking later than normal I'd paid a higher rate than usual but got a shabbier room.I think they had changed the room I had booked as I'd booked a standard double but opened door up to a small room with a double and single bed set up. I didnt want my towels changing or room servicing but i witnessed reception staff constantly telling people they couldn't have there rooms serviced as they hadn't asked the day before and if you dont ask they dont go in to even change cups or empty bins. It hasn't put me off staying again.
