Park Plaza Leeds

This was the first time we traveled to Leeds. Excellent location with very nice staffs especially MS. Gabriella. 👍💯👍She is very kind in nature and is willing to help every visitors. Ms. Gabriella is A+ service👏 with listening and understanding and best service mind set.👍On the other hand, one lady staff at front desk during night shift like around 10.45p.m, she was the one that was not talked nice 😱here. We spent 10 nights here. Luckily, 😅we met this mean lady staff just one time on our last night 29/9/2026 before we left in the morning . BF is standard like Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London. The signature dish Porridge was very delicious. The staff at BF room did very good service 👍to everyone. The Maid team here also did very well service👍 in the room. If we come to Leeds next time, we will be back staying here again. The downside here are 1. one staff we met grade D staff. 2. The elevators🥹🧐 need to be repaired or changed to be new one. There are three main elevators here. It seems like the left one has gone forever. The one at the middle is super slow. The one at the right is barely come. In every morning, the maid team uses the same elevator with guests during busy hours. Could you imagine how long you have to wait for going up or going down? We used stairs to go down instead.😂 Thus, for elevators here is C-.

Ive stayed here several times. Perfect location nr to the train station. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are a good size. Have everything you need, hairdryer. Iron, kettle etc. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Breakfast is great woth a really good choice.

A lovely stay at the park plaza, ideal for shopping etc, right in the middle of city square, the room was well appointed with great views out of the picture window from the 18th floor, the room was spacious, with a comfy double bed, complimentary tea and coffee with kettle, fridge & safe tucked away behind glass cupboard doors, the bathroom was excellent, with deep bath & shower, including body was etc, tv had a great choice of channels including German, french,and Italian

Amazing hotel, perfect location, very clean. I wish I had more time to have a bath, etc! The staff was friendly too. A couple of hiccups: my card didn’t work, and another customer had the same issue at the same time, so it must be common. Also my shampoo pump didn’t work so I couldn’t shampoo.

The hotel is just literally opposite the railway station, very convenient to access city Center. The room is very spacious. The breakfast is brilliant. I will reuse for my next stay in Leeds.

Hotel was absolutely amazing,so clean,got a big twin room,nice views,lovely staff ,lovely dining area,great tea tray ,definitely worth a visit
