Helsinki is truly a beautiful city. The hotel itself is exquisitely decorated and luxurious, with an excellent location that makes getting around a breeze. They even offer bicycles for guests to use, which is a nice touch. The service is great, and the breakfast is plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, Hotel, room, and breakfast were all quite good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sauna and to the gym. Our stay was good. Warning : don't use the shoes cleaning polishing machine in the lobby it badly scratched my brand new shoes and the staff didn't give a damn about it.

I mostly enjoyed the super helpful and smiling staff at the hotel. Located within 10 minutes walk from the main train station, but a little hard if you have heavy luggage. The tram has a stop just outside the door. The room was big and nice, but the curtains cannot keep the light out and the shower is semi open, so half the bathroom gets wet. The breakfast is great and worth the whole stay . I wouldn’t mind staying there again!

If you booking this hotel, do not book via trip.com as the hotel need self you an email to complete check in and if you book via trip.com then you will not be able to receive that email, at least I didn’t receive. This result to having issue during checking in.

The service is fully self-check-in, with no front desk, so you do everything yourself. This type of hotel isn't suitable if you rely on translation software. If you need daily room cleaning, you should definitely consider this before booking. The location is good, with tram lines 3 and 9 right outside and close to the metro station. There are many restaurants nearby, and there's a Chinese buffet right on the second floor. The food is good, costing around 15 euros for lunch and 19 euros for dinner, offering great value for money. Breakfast is outsourced to another restaurant; the taste is average, and there aren't many food options, so don't expect too much if you have high standards.

I definitely recommend Arthur Hotel. Close to city centre and friendly staff. The room was perfect and price reasonable. Morning breakfast buffet is must add on to your itinerary.

The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The amenities were also great, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. As a couple, we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. I had a comfortable stay at Omena Hotel Helsinki City Centre. The location is perfect—right in the city center, close to the main station and shops. The room was clean and had all the basics, and check-in was easy with a digital code. No daily housekeeping or luggage storage after check-out, but great for a short stay.
