The room itself was nice enought and we were lucky to be in front of the toilet so we didnt have to carry all our things Overall was a nice experience!. I woulndt say they have much spaces for people to interact if you are a solo traveler."

Instead of listening to and acknowledging my concerns, they seemed more inclined to side with their employees, who said no lost property had been found in the room we stayed in. I had high expectations for Scandic Hotels, but unfortunately this experience did not meet them. This was my first time staying at a prestigious hotel where an item was lost and never recovered."

"I have no idea why some complains about the customer service, it was nice. The location is not really far from PK area, but there are not many restaurant options nearby. The worst part for me was just that the room is quite bad though the hotel was not really expensive. I have not seen any hotel that does not have a shampoo or body wash... Ofc, no toothbrush, no toothpaste.. No fridge, even no glass for drinking.. 🤔"

Breakfast has great selection and i love the pancake so much! Room is very spacious and has great city view. "Our experience wasn't off to a good start, dealing with Jason when dropping our bags in the morning. He was borderline ******, assuming we were with the other Asian groups, making presumptions about our requests, and had difficulties understanding our requests on arranging for early to-go breakfast boxes. But everything else during our stay was perfect hence the 5 stars. Everyone else we dealt with, including the house keepers, restaurant staff and cleaners were all great - very helpful and friendly. The hotel is strategically located right next to the Central railway station. The room itself was large and clean and beautifully decorated. We also tried out the facilities including sauna and cold plunge (a Finnish culture), which were top notch. The gym was also world class and properly better equipped than some other commercial gyms out there. The other highlight was the breakfast. So many options even for vegetarians like us, all allergens clearly labelled. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's ever in Helsinki."

The morning after my check-in was International Women's Day, and they even gave me roses. Overall, it was a very good experience. The location is also very convenient, with a Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs. I recommend it!"
