Amazing
This is a really 5 Stars Hotel in the heart of Helsinki. The infrastructure, the amenities, the services are impeccable from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Doormen are courteous and friendly. The Housekeepers are friendly, meticulous and polite. The Gym is one of the best in the hotel industry. It is so well equipped for all muscle groups you wish to work on. When one of my friend’s room and some issues, it was immediately remedied and service recovery was swift and effective. Our rooms were actually extended and drinks grated gratis to wow us. I must say Willem Hagedoorn (the Deputy Hotel Manager) was really generous! All 5 of us were very impressed by the high quality customer service and first class hospitality standard of NH Collection - we were delighted! I even got a Birthday surprise from the Guest Relations Manager. Cheers!

I loved my expierince at home hotel Jugend When I arrived in Helsinki I asked for help to find what team to take I get what I’m told but then got confused as it kept flashing up two names ( which I later learnt that streets have Finish and Swedish names as Swedish is an official launguage? Any I was under the idea that I was miles away as my journey took ages Next day I I was trying to find an art museum Train station I’d got if at was ten mi s walk team goes its own route that takes in a big areas before it gets there so location is actually very good ten mins walk from city centre it’s set in nice are of lots of restaurants and bars The hotel it self is wonderful and quirky My main reason trip was for Co cert which cancelled due to illness of singer if I’m able to make rearranged sat I’d love to go back to this wonderfull hitell Staff are polite friendly and helpful Breakfast and dinner us both very nice and free coffe 24/7 and room is clean and comfortable I’d highly reccomend

Very nice hotel, just at the city center and close to all main attractions (national art museum, theater, train station, etc.). The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a desk station, fridge, hair dryer, kettle and coffee. The shampoo and body lotion were very nice and smelled so good. The staff was welcoming and check in/check out process went smoothly. There's also free public sauna which was a big plus!

The room is comfortable and warm, which is especially important during cold weather. Bathroom amenities are mostly complete, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be a nice addition for a hotel at this level. Aside from that, other amenities are well-prepared and sufficient. Overall, Scandic Simonkenttä offers a comfortable stay, excellent location, and good service. The location is 230M walk outside the airport. As the snow on the pavement can be deep. It will make this short walk a bit difficult. The check-in, luggage storage, and check out services were all efficiently arranged. The room is reasonably specious. Amenities are basic. There are a 2 in 1 shampoo+body wash, and a conditioner. There was a hair dryer but no kettle.food choices in the buffet breakfast were reasonably rich. As an airport hotel, it has a checkin kiosk in the lobby.

Cosy, spacious twin room. Semi-modern decor. Typical Finnish type rooms with double doors. Spacious bathroom, albeit wardrobe is a little small. Wide spread of variety for included breakfast. Right next to city center, perfect accessibility to many attractions and transportation
