GGuest UserThe resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

GGuest UserMurti Garden Hotel is absolutely amazing, a definite five-star! It's super easy to get to, just search on navigation and you're there. The huge parking lot means you can park anywhere, which is incredibly convenient for self-driving. The ski shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and since it's the first stop, you're guaranteed a seat. The facilities are great, with an elevator making it super easy to move luggage. The hygiene is excellent; the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get up. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful sleep, and you can even cast your screen to the TV for some great binge-watching. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, helping with luggage as soon as you arrive, making you feel like family. Breakfast is incredibly rich, with a wide variety of cold dishes, hot dishes, and porridges – super satisfying. The environment is lovely, with a beautiful backyard garden and a swing that's incredibly therapeutic, attracting many people for photos. The Ertix River is right next door, offering stunning sunset views in the evening, a sky full of stars at night, and beautiful sunrises in the morning – the scenery is just breathtaking! The whole experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

DDieshileiThis time I stayed at Jiyuhe Hantian Hotel during my trip to Keketuohai, and the experience was great! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the No. 3 mine vein, and it is very convenient to travel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed by the unique design of the mine elements, and the atmosphere was directly full! The room was even more surprising, with a large space of 60 square meters, Duravit bathroom, Slumberland mattress super comfortable, and equipped with laundry equipment, full marks for details! The catering must be praised, the breakfast variety is rich, the beef brisket topping noodles are super fragrant, and the Xinjiang flavor and other dishes for dinner are also authentic. The front desk service is super enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to help with the luggage, which is very considerate. The manager also enthusiastically helped us order and confirm the time for breakfast the next day. Overall, both the facilities and services are worthy of high-end positioning.

At night, the hotel is very beautiful.
Facilities: There are two washing machines and two dryers! Very friendly for long-distance travel. There are many parking spaces at the door, which is convenient for self-driving.
Hygienic: very clean, no water stains on the faucet!
Environment: Especially good, no smell, no smoke, the environment is very good, very quiet, the room is soundproofed, and I was not woken up at night.

GGuest UserThe hardware and software are first-class, the room is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly😀😀The room is a**ospheric and not depressing, and the room height is estimated to be about 3 meters. The room is equipped with bathrobes and tea sets. It is so comfortable to drink tea in front of the large French window👍👍👍The hotel is located by the Ehe River, and you can walk along the river to experience the slow life of contemporary people.

SSarahtheSiameseModern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded.
The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.

The hotel food is excellent; when they heard we wanted to have a barbecue, they specially set up a grill for us outside. The service is thoughtful, and they genuinely consider guests' needs. They even provided an extra room for free when they learned there were four of us and our original accommodation wouldn't be convenient. Many thanks!

The room is very large, soundproofed, the room is very warm, and the carpet is cleaned very clean.
