房間大小：
面積很大，有泡桶還有桑拿房！房間裏有私人桑拿房絕對是兩點了！滑雪回來絕對加分！
服務：
服務按民宿標準來衡量其實很好了，雖然不如一線城市的服務，但比烏魯木齊的酒店服務要好一萬倍了！不做作，沒搞冠冕堂皇的客套，但是合理需求有求必應。當天飛機誤機4個多小時，到店已經是凌晨三點了，老闆一直熬夜等着我們辦入住。保潔也打掃到位，及時清潔，保潔普通話不好，但是説什麼都是笑着點頭的.
位置： 就在可可託海礦山景點旁邊！十字路口一個向左一個直行右轉的關係！
隔音： 隔音是亮點！在這住了三晚，每晚都幾乎客滿，但是房間裏很安靜，聽不到外面走廊或隔壁的聲音。
停車： 免費！車位充足！
早餐： 很一般，人多開自助但也屬於簡餐，如果來吃的晚，餐快沒了是不補盤的、前台新疆的本地服務員會搶餐（早早的自己從公區餐盤裡先給自己打好自己吃的早飯）餐桌少，不翻枱，所以就

GGuest UserThe hardware and software are first-class, the room is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly😀😀The room is a**ospheric and not depressing, and the room height is estimated to be about 3 meters. The room is equipped with bathrobes and tea sets. It is so comfortable to drink tea in front of the large French window👍👍👍The hotel is located by the Ehe River, and you can walk along the river to experience the slow life of contemporary people.

11391838****The rooms are clean and tidy, making this the best guesthouse in Koktokay. The hotel food is excellent; when they heard we wanted to have a barbecue, they specially set up a grill for us outside. The service is thoughtful, and they genuinely consider guests' needs. They even provided an extra room for free when they learned there were four of us and our original accommodation wouldn't be convenient. Many thanks!

GGuest UserHygiene is very good. Auntie cleans the room every day. The room is clean and hygienic. The bathroom is separated from the toilet.
The environment is great, the location is very good, the surrounding is quiet and comfortable, it is in the No. 3 courtyard, next to the No. 3 restaurant, bar and grill, it is also very close to the convenience store, within walking distance

The service is very good 👍🏻 It feels like home. When our friends are sick, they will care about us and send us to the hospital to buy medicine. They will also contact us thoughtfully to rent a car. If we forget to dry our clothes after washing, they will help us dry them. So considerate
The facilities are very complete and everything is available in the room. It is also equipped with a humidifier. Xinjiang is too dry for southerners. There is also heating in the room. I will definitely come back next year if I have the chance.

KKubopeidizhaosheOur stay at Fanghua Story Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we especially want to thank the front desk manager, Xie Kangmei. We arrived quite late, and she not only waited for us the whole time, but also helped us with our luggage to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities such as the laundry room and gym, and even arranged shuttle service to the ski resort for us. Her attentive and heartwarming service made the entire trip much more enjoyable, and she deserves a huge thumbs up!
