"This stay far exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star review! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotless, no weird smells, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, so I had a really peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, plenty of hot water, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and very efficient with check-in. Any requests I had were promptly addressed. The housekeeping staff were thorough and thoughtful, tidying up daily with great attention to detail. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and it offers great value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone."

Rooms are spacious, and bathrooms feature a wet/dry separation design, complete with smart toilets. Parking is conveniently available right at the entrance, and the surrounding area is very pleasant. Despite being a two-story building, it even has an elevator. On the second floor, there are two spacious common rooms, equipped with a self-service kitchen and washing machines. The owner is incredibly warm and generous. As soon as we stepped into the lobby, they brought us watermelon and dried fruits, treating us like long-lost family returning home – it was incredibly heartwarming. I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!"

The rooms have high ceilings, making them airy and bright, and feature well-designed, warm wooden furniture along with two incredibly soft, large beds – you'll sleep soundly until you naturally wake up. The boursaki dipped in milk tea is a traditional local way to eat it, and the tomato noodles were savory and appetizing. **Beautiful Environment:** The photo frame in the back garden is perfect for amazing shots. The morning sun was gentle, the evening sunset glowed like gold, and at night, you could look up at a sky full of dazzling stars. A short walk along the path leads to the Irtysh River, where the evening breeze and the sound of the flowing water are incredibly therapeutic. Staying here when visiting Koktokay is definitely a decision you won't regret."
