"Driving here was super easy, with a huge free parking lot where you can park anywhere. It's just a ten-minute drive to the Grand Canyon scenic area, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The service was excellent; both the owner and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, proactively helping us with our luggage as soon as we arrived. The room had a great design and excellent facilities; the hotel has an elevator, and the lobby is spacious and grand. The room had high ceilings, so it didn't feel cramped at all, and the solid wood furniture felt luxurious. The two 1.5-meter beds were exceptionally comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable; the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, the smart toilet was very convenient, the bedding was spotless, and the lighting was soft and warm. You could see the mountains from the balcony, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with cold and hot dishes, porridge, milk – everything! There were also local specialties like baursaks and milk tea, and the tomato noodles were delicious. The environment was fantastic; the backyard was a pleasant surprise, with an Instagram-worthy mirror frame that was perfect for photos. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and at night, the sky is filled with a dazzling array of stars. There's also a small path directly to the Irtysh River, where a quiet walk by the river is wonderfully therapeutic."

I was worried that the supporting facilities here would not keep up, so I booked this newly opened hotel that looked great! Then there were so many unexpected good things~ 1) The hardware is really online, the room is large and comfortable to live in; the bedding and bath products are very good, and there are even washing machines and humidifiers, which are very good~ 2) The service is really really good! The housekeeper Baina's service is completely pampered here~ I really responded to all my requests in the 3 days here; 3) I think Keketuohai is a rising skiing star, and a good hotel is really important! This one does a great job 4) The hotel service is very good. After placing an order on Ctrip, the hotel has a dedicated butler who will contact you and add WeChat to patiently inform you of the hotel check-in matters, so you won't have any worries about the trip 5) The most important thing is to talk about the service in Xinjiang. It is rare to see such meticulous and advanced services in Xinjiang. The butler Baina will help us make some preparations in advance. Our ski bags arrived in advance, and she helped us collect them and put them in the room in advance. She will respond to any needs at any time. The Hantian brand is indeed worth recommending to skiers."

Located near the Keketuohai Scenic Area, the hotel's exterior and decor alone suggest it's the most luxurious in the area. My boyfriend and I were traveling and exploring, so we didn't book a hotel in advance. We decided on our Keketuohai itinerary a day in advance and booked the hotel that afternoon. When we arrived, it was past 10 PM, and the owner was waiting at the front desk and even upgraded our room. We were so touched. Upon entering the room, we were struck by its lavish decor. It was incredibly spacious, with a king-sized 2-meter bed, a shower, bathtub, and toilet at the back, and separate wet and dry areas. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options. Since we woke up late, the owner even had the chef prepare a special breakfast for us—a truly thoughtful gesture. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to ski in Keketuohai again."

"Staying at the Mutian Garden Hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star! Parking was stress-free with a huge, complimentary parking lot. Its location is perfect, only a ten-minute drive to the Grand Canyon, saving us a lot of time and effort getting around. The service was incredibly warm and attentive; the staff were so enthusiastic and proactively helped us with our large luggage. The rooms are well-designed with great facilities, and the hotel has an elevator, making it easy for both seniors and children to move between floors. The room itself was spacious with comfortable ceiling height, not at all stuffy, and the two 1.5-meter beds were ample for the whole family to rest. The entire room was spotless, and the bathroom had a three-part wet/dry separation with a comfortable smart toilet. The bedding was clean and fresh, and the soft lighting made for a very relaxing atmosphere. From the balcony, we had expansive views of the distant mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, catering to both adults and children. The authentic Xinjiang Boursak and milk tea were wonderful, and our child especially loved the tomato noodles. The hotel's backyard had a fantastic ambiance, perfect for photos. We watched the sunrise in the morning, chased the sunset in the evening, and admired the starry night sky. A stroll along the quiet path to the Irtysh River was peaceful and therapeutic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!"
