After placing an order on Ctrip, the hotel has a dedicated butler who will contact you and add WeChat to patiently inform you of the hotel check-in matters, so you won't have any worries about the trip 5) The most important thing is to talk about the service in Xinjiang. "Chinese (Han) hotels are usually very good throughout China. This is not a Chinese Han hotel and is the worst accommodation I've ever come across in this country (and I've been visiting China since 2012). Upon entering my room there was a bloody tissue in the toilet and urine on the seat and the room is very old, tired and dirty. The "wardrobe" is broken and the hangars are pilled at the base collecting dust. The breakfast which I attended one time (that was enough) had nothing to drink....no water, no tea, no drinks whatsoever, and it is the first hotel in China where they dont provide water in the room. Crazy. Most of the bedroom outlets were broken and the aggressive Kazak/Uyrghur "cleaning staff" constantly bang on the door when you tell them "NO!" and on my second day they unlocked my door (the lock clearly doesnt work) and swung it open smiling at me. They then wouldnt leave so I had to slam the door to get rid of them. It is the most disgusting place I've been in this country and they should have their tourist license revoked. I was also locked out my room twice as every day the card would reset and so I had to return from the 5th floor back to reception to re-enter my room! The building only looks nice from the outside, it is complete foolery and just a derelict shell within. Absolutely grim."

The handsome, warm, and delicious driver asked us on the first day who wanted to be carried around until they were stuffed (he wasn't worried about us not being able to drink, just about whether we could all have enough to drink). For Christmas, the whole group had a dinner and he even prepared small gifts and "peace apples" for everyone (Aksu sugar apples were so delicious, the emotional impact was off the charts!). Most importantly, there was a hot breakfast and a fragrant dinner every day (and you could even order extra dishes anytime, which was so cool!). #Excellent cleanliness #Top-notch service #Location and transportation: Coco Village is very conveniently located~ Whether you book a car or use an app, it's no problem. #The room facilities are all new~ The decorations are thoughtful and just like the pictures. The room ceiling height feels expansive and not confining, the solid wood furniture is simple yet elegant, and the two large beds ensure a super comfortable sleep. The hygiene is excellent, with clean and tidy bedding that's spotless, and the indoor lighting is soft and not harsh. The bathroom's dry and wet areas are cleverly separated, it's impeccably clean, and the smart toilet offers a great experience. From the balcony, you can directly admire the beautiful snow-capped mountains, a wide and captivating view. The self-service breakfast is incredibly rich, with a full selection of meat and vegetable dishes, fresh and warming porridge and milk, authentic Xinjiang milk tea and baursak, and delicious handmade tomato noodles – I can't get enough of it each time. The environment is lovely; the backyard atmosphere is absolutely perfect for photos, especially with the 'photo frame' spot. You can capture sunrise, sunset, and starry nights all in one go, and there's a path leading directly to the Irtysh River."

"Really nice hotel in the center of Fuyun. If you like Doubletree Hotels, you will love this one! In fact it is the grandest Doubletree I’ve ever stayed in.
