We stayed at Hotel Boss for 3 days and 2 nights, traveling from Malaysia, and overall had a good experience.

The location is convenient and it’s great that parking is available for guests, which made our trip much easier. However, there was some confusion regarding the use of the parking voucher. When exiting the car park, the system deducted charges from my Autopass card instead of recognizing the voucher. It took some time and effort to sort it out and request a refund.

Aside from that issue, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities and overall environment met our expectations. With clearer guidance on the parking process, the experience would be even better.

The biggest plus of this hotel is its location and surrounding amenities. It's right next to a subway and bus station, with a food court and fast food restaurants nearby, making it super convenient to get to attractions. While the lack of hot water in the morning was a minor drawback, the overall experience was still great.

The reception team was incredibly friendly and welcoming—they even checked us in right away when we arrived from the airport at 11:00, which we really appreciated. The room was generally clean and comfortable, though unfortunately the hairdryer in our room wasn’t working.

The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, which made getting around simple.

Despite a couple of small issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its great value for money!

The location is incredibly convenient, with two metro stations nearby. The service was exceptional. We arrived on a red-eye flight, and they allowed us to check in early at around 10 am so we could catch up on sleep. The room itself was really small; it was difficult to even open a 28-inch suitcase, but it was spotless, and the service made up for it. They even stored our luggage for us before we left and let us shower before heading to the airport later. That was truly thoughtful!

Pretty good hotel. The price isn't expensive, so it offers good value for money. The front desk staff were very helpful and willing to assist you. I like this hotel, it's really good 👍

The location of Value Hotel Balestier is quite nice and convenient, with easy access to nearby food places and transportation. However, the main downside of my stay was the restroom. It was noticeably smelly and had a strong unpleasant odor, similar to sewage or poop, which made using the bathroom uncomfortable. While the location is a plus, the cleanliness and smell of the restroom really need improvement.

Stayed for two nights in Singapore. The bed sheets and duvet covers were quite clean; I didn't even need to use my disposable bedding. Overall, it was great, and the front desk service was excellent. Good value for money. I think I'll stay here again next time I visit, as it's very close to the MRT station, which is super convenient. A big thank you to all the staff at the hotel. Everything was perfect, except for the room being a bit small, making it difficult to open my suitcase.

Stayed at this budget hotel for a short trip and it was worth the price. The room was clean, air-conditioning worked well, and check-in was smooth. Basic facilities are provided, suitable for travelers who just need a comfortable place to rest. Location is convenient with shops and food nearby. Overall, a good budget-friendly option.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Whether you're heading to tourist attractions or shopping, it's completely hassle-free. As for the room and facilities: although the room isn't huge, it's well-designed and space-efficient, with every inch utilized perfectly. The internal facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and tidy with a stable hot water supply – everything you need for a trip. The hygiene is impeccable; both the room and public areas are spotless, which really puts your mind at ease. The hotel's overall environment is quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a busy area. The front desk staff are friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. They were always ready to answer any questions, making for a very thoughtful experience.

There's a really handsome guy at the front desk! I didn't get a chance to take a picture with him, but the room was very clean and the service was super friendly. It would have been even better if late check-out was allowed. The location is also quite good.

Ample parking The room is very clean. Equipment and appliances are complete in the room. Impressed, whoever comes, will definitely not be disappointed 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

There were windows when I booked, but there was no window when I lived in, and others were fine.
