The hotel boasts a great location, close to Metro Line 5, and is conveniently situated with easy access to restaurants and shopping. It offers excellent value for money and is suitable for short business trips. The service is also excellent, with attentive and meticulous staff.

The overall experience is great, the room is very clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation effect is very good, and I sleep until dawn. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast and the location is convenient and convenient, the price is very high, and I will choose here next time. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very complete, the exam is not a premium, it is really good, the front desk also sent breakfast coupons and late check-out, very satisfied

• This stay was absolutely amazing! The elegant and sophisticated décor captivated me upon entering the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, checking me in quickly. The room was warm and comfortable, with soft, clean bedding – a feeling of total comfort immediately upon entering. The bathroom was fully equipped, with a constant supply of hot water and excellent toiletries. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options to suit every taste. The well-equipped gym and swimming pool provided a perfect place to relax and exercise during my trip. This was a fantastic stay and I'll definitely stay here again!

Stayed in so many hotels, this one is definitely top! The location is great, and there is everything to eat, drink and play around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable like sleeping in the clouds, and it was dawn. The service is nothing to say, the staff is warm and thoughtful, there are questions and answers, and they also prepared small snacks. I highly recommend everyone to experience it!

Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine.

Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. 

Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive.

Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants.

Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.

酒店的位置真的太優越了，就在學府大道文華苑一期，出門就是喀什大學新泉校區，周邊商超、餐飲一應俱全，逛吃超方便，步行就能到大漠綠洲生態園、東城公園，飯後散步消食再合適不過。交通也超便捷，距離喀什站僅8.6千米，到喀什徠寧國際機場打車20分鐘就能到，更貼心的是酒店還提供免費的專車接機、送機以及接站、送站服務，對於拎着行李的遊客來説太省心了，完全不用操心大交通銜接的問題。而且酒店有免費公共停車場，自駕來的朋友停車超方便，這一點真的太加分了！

I chose this hotel for my trip to Kashgar this time. The price/performance ratio is really good and they are all newly opened. There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich. The ancient city is also very close. The room is large, spacious and bright. I sleep very comfortably and the room is soundproofed. It's also very good. The service at the front desk is also very good. Check-in takes no more than 3 minutes. It's really great.

Five-star review! The front desk lady was incredibly attentive and helpful. Check-in was super fast, and she proactively recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes. She was always smiling and enthusiastic, ready to answer any questions, and showed genuine care in every detail. The room was clean and tidy, making for an excellent experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
