If you're flying into Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport and planning to explore the city, this hotel's location is perfect. It's right by Belorussky Station, where the Aeroexpress train connects the airport to the city center. The hotel facilities are great, and the front desk staff, especially one gentleman, was incredibly nice. He upgraded my room and told me that a late check-out the next day wouldn't be an issue, as long as I let him know in advance. I really appreciated his warmth and helpfulness.

I really liked the hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, and I had a panoramic city view from my window. The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from one of the pillows, but since there were four, we just put it aside. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel is new with a rich breakfast spread. There's a small park nearby for walks, making it a great choice for business trips.

The hotel is good , location, activities are all good except the dining for dinner not quite good .. foods seem to be a bit salty on chinese dishes … seafood noodles 😨
We got lucky to have a few days sunny although it’s rainy season .. 
the private beach is nice and can ride bicycle for free .. the kid club was good for small children … 
There was a chocolate tea section on certain day and bubble party on wed which we missed .. definitely we would love to come again ! 
The kids enjoyed it 🙂

I stayed for two days alone, and then my daughter joined me on the third day. Since I had initially booked for two people and mentioned it at check-in, my daughter's check-in was seamless. After I left a $20 tip, toothbrushes and bath salts started appearing in the room from the next day onwards. Countries with tipping culture are interesting! The breakfast had great reviews, so even though I hadn't booked it with my stay, I paid to try it, and it was a very extensive buffet – definitely lived up to its reputation. There was almost no Thai food, though. I also checked out the rooftop bar, but decided not to use it as it had just rained. I forgot to check out the pool, but overall, this hotel has a great location, is clean, and the staff are friendly. I noticed there were many high-quality guests, mostly Western and diverse nationalities. Highly recommended!
