Not the freshest. I've stayed at other hotels in this chain, and they usually have a mini-bar with snacks and drinks. This one only had two bottles of water and no bathrobes. The furniture is quite worn, and the hairdryer is pretty old. At another hotel in this chain, in China, they even had a Dyson-like hairdryer, modern and powerful, but here it's a relic of the past. Plus, one of the outlets in the bathroom wasn't working, and there was no signage about the required voltage, which other hotels in the chain usually have. It's fine if you just need a place to sleep for the night. I was traveling and just needed to get some sleep and eat (though I couldn't really eat, of course).

The hotel is new, the environment is good, and the breakfast is also great.

New hotel, very nice environment, English service, water, fruit and other food in the lobby. The room is quite new and big, breakfast is quite rich, the waiters don't speak English very well, but they are also quite enthusiastic, except that sometimes the housekeeping is quite late (5 or 6 o'clock).

The hotel offers a shuttle service in Phu Quoc, which is definitely worth the money. First, a big thank you to Vincent at the shuttle station. Our flight arrived on time and our luggage came out quickly, so we got to the pick-up point at 3:15 PM. Our booked shuttle was for 5:45 PM, but there was also a shuttle departing at 3:15 PM. We initially thought we wouldn't be able to get on the earlier one, but Vincent was incredibly helpful. He spoke with the driver and managed to get us on that earlier shuttle, which we really appreciate.

Overall, the hotel's service was excellent and didn't dip at all, even during the Chinese New Year holiday. The hotel has its own private beach and an outdoor swimming pool in the center, with depths of 1.2m and 0.7m.

The only downside was the loud DJ music from nearby during the holiday period, which kept us from sleeping. This is something the hotel might want to address with the neighboring establishments.

The room itself was very spacious and generally comfortable, so in terms of physical space and basic facilities, the experience was acceptable. However, several service-related details significantly affected my overall impression.

First, this was the first hotel I stayed at in Europe that does not offer complimentary luggage storage, which was very inconvenient, especially for travelers arriving early or leaving later in the day.

More importantly, there was a serious issue regarding privacy and housekeeping procedures. In most hotels, rooms are cleaned only when guests place a “please clean” sign on the door or explicitly request housekeeping. In this hotel, staff went door to door knocking, and when there was no response, they entered the room directly. This felt intrusive and disrespectful of guest privacy, and it was quite uncomfortable. It also seems inefficient and unnecessary for the staff themselves.

While the room size and general comfort were fine, these service and management details were disappointing and do not meet the expectations of a hotel at this level. With better respect for guest privacy and clearer housekeeping protocols, the experience could be greatly improved.
