We stayed at Radisson Blu from September 20-21, and our experience was nothing short of positive. We were especially touched that on my birthday, the staff not only congratulated me but also treated me to a cake—such a personalized touch immediately set a festive mood.

I'd also like to specifically mention the hotel's generosity: our standard room was upgraded to a premium class without any additional charge. The room turned out to be spacious and very stylish—it was a pleasure to return to after exploring the city.

The hotel's hammam is simply a gem: it's the perfect place to relax after a busy day. And thanks to a 10% discount at the Fire Lake restaurant, dinner was not only delicious but also a great value.

The service was excellent: the staff were attentive, friendly, and responded to requests promptly. Overall, our stay left us with the warmest memories—we will definitely be back.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. The room was very clean, and the bedding had no strange smells. The soundproofing was decent as well; I wasn't disturbed at night. Some facilities are a bit old. The front desk staff were friendly, although there was a bit of a queue for check-in. The breakfast offered a good variety. For this price, it was a hassle-free stay.

The hotel service was warm and attentive. A lovely young lady provided a free travel adapter and even helped me book a taxi online. The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. Thumbs up!

To be honest, in the first few hours after check-in, I thought I wouldn't give this hotel more than one star. The final rating is largely thanks to Fiona at the front desk, the great breakfasts, and the clean beach.

1. Check-in: I arrived at the room around 3 AM. It was cold, smelled strongly of dampness, the desk was literally wet, and the mirror was fogged up. At first, I blamed it on the tropical climate and didn't take photos. As a result, I had to sleep the first night with the AC off and the balcony open despite the heat—otherwise, it was impossible to air out the room.

2. Cleanliness: The bathroom was cleaned horribly: the shower glass had water stains, and there were long black hairs everywhere, even on the wall near the ceiling. I'm a blonde, so those hairs definitely weren't mine. I've attached photos. For a five-star hotel, this is completely unacceptable regardless of the room category.

3. Slippers and room service: The room only had beach flip-flops. The front desk explained that standard slippers are not included for my room category. A strange definition of 'luxury' for five stars! They were eventually brought to me later. At night, I ordered food and beer. I got a call saying they had no glasses for draft beer. When I asked about alternatives, they simply suggested canceling the order. I had to figure out the canned beer option myself. Generally, food and even beverage delivery took an average of 45 minutes. That said, the servers who brought the orders were very sweet and friendly.

4. Fiona: Following my complaints, Fiona contacted me, handled the situation with great care, and helped resolve the issues. I was moved to a Deluxe Pool View room, and I could finally enjoy my vacation. The hotel also provided complimentary treats twice: macarons and ice cream to make up for a delayed order. That was nice, but the human touch mattered much more. A huge thank you to Fiona—she is the one who saved my impression of the hotel!

5. Pool bar: At 3:55 PM, I was buying alcohol, and the bartender didn't even mention that a 30% discount applied from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. He wasn't strictly obligated to warn me, but aren't guest care and hospitality made of details like this? Some of the staff clearly lack initiative.

6. Extending the stay: I liked the new room and decided to stay another night. I asked the hotel in advance whether it was better to extend my stay via Trip.com or at the front desk in order to keep the same room. They advised me to do it at the front desk. After paying, it turned out to be about 2 million VND more expensive than booking through Trip.com. No one warned me about the price difference, and refunds weren't allowed. I understand that rates vary, but I specifically asked them for advice!

7. Pros: The breakfasts are good with a diverse selection, and the coffee is delicious—which is important to me. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are pleasant, and the beach is clean and well-maintained.

Bottom line: My impressions are mixed. A great beach and good breakfasts coexist with poor housekeeping, dampness, slow service, and a lack of attentiveness. I don't expect perfection, but five stars mean, first and foremost, cleanliness, comfort, and a readiness to solve problems without the guest having to constantly ask. It's a pity that service quality depends so much on a specific employee. Thanks again, Fiona!

I chose this hotel for my trip to the local area, and my stay completely exceeded my expectations. The experience was fantastic, and I simply have to give it a glowing review:

**Unbeatable Views, a Picture-Perfect Scene from Your Window**

The hotel's location is absolutely incredible! We booked a high-floor room, and the moment I opened the French windows, I was stunned by the view. On a clear day, you can see the overlapping mountain ranges in the distance, and the entire city unfolds across the slopes below. With the blue sky accentuating the warm-toned buildings, you can stand by the window and effortlessly capture stunning, unedited photos. As evening approaches, the orange-red sunset paints the skyline, bathing the entire landscape in a gentle, warm gold. Sitting by the window, watching the sunset, even the fatigue from my journey slowly dissipated. After dark, as the city lights began to twinkle, looking down at the flowing car lights and scattered household lamps, the romance factor was off the charts. This view truly stays with you long after you've left.

**Thoughtful and Attentive Service, Warmth in Every Detail**

From the moment we walked in, we could feel the hotel's dedication; there was absolutely no perfunctory sense of detachment. When checking in, the staff at the front desk were not only efficient but also proactively helped us with our luggage to the elevator. They thoughtfully informed us about the rooftop bar's operating hours and even recommended several local eateries and hidden gems that locals frequent, explaining the routes clearly, saving us a lot of planning time. During our stay, we casually mentioned wanting a few extra soft pillows, and a staff member brought them up in less than ten minutes, always with a warm smile. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the front desk. They weren't overly enthusiastic or intrusive, yet they were immediately available when needed. This comfortable sense of personal space was truly appealing, making our stay incredibly secure and relaxing.

**Rooftop Bar with an Amazing Ambiance, an Absolute Hidden Gem**

I must specifically praise the rooftop bar—it's absolutely one of this hotel's treasured highlights! We initially just planned to go up for a quick look after dinner, but once we were there, we couldn't bring ourselves to leave. The bar's decor has a relaxed, laid-back vibe, and the lighting is perfectly set—not so dim as to feel oppressive, nor so bright as to ruin the romantic atmosphere. There's ample space between tables, providing plenty of privacy whether you're on a date or having a casual get-together with friends. As night falls, with the breeze on the rooftop, watching the city lights flicker below, and listening to the soft music playing, you can order a couple of cocktails and chat slowly, allowing yourself to completely unwind. All your stress just melts away. The bar's service is also wonderfully discreet; orders are taken and delivered efficiently, and the staff don't hover or interrupt your conversations. This perfectly balanced sense of ease is truly rare, and we stayed until almost closing time, still feeling reluctant to leave.

Overall, during my stay, I couldn't find a single thing to be dissatisfied with, whether it was the views, the service, or the amenities. It completely surpassed my expectations for this visit. The next time I visit this city, I'll definitely book this hotel first. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning trips here. It's truly a treasure of a hotel that you'll want to return to after just one stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
