Except for the super top-tier hotels, most hotels in the UK aren't on the same level as an Indigo back home. The room wasn't huge, but thankfully it had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of shops nearby and the nearest tube station being a bit of a trek.

A prime location—just steps away from LEGO, the winter market, and Greggs, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself was awesome, offering a stylish and comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar—the view was absolutely magnificent, perfect for unwinding with a drink. A fantastic stay overall, and I’d highly recommend it!

A charming hotel nestled the the throngs of a busy area and conveniently located near Paddington station. 
The double room I booked had all the amenities needed, shampoos, coffee maker and kettle, but it was absolutely tiny. 
With the double bed in the middle, there was no space even to open two suitcases on the floor, without tripping over them since they were the same width as the area remaining from the bed to the wall. 
I would recommend the hotel but check the size of the rooms, especially if there are two of you staying.

The room was small, but that's a common problem in major international cities, so it's not a big issue.

The hotel facilities were new, well-equipped, and the service was excellent. However, it's clear that training could be improved in some details of the streamlined service procedures. For example, when we were storing our luggage, a staff member at the front desk, who was probably an intern, suggested we take a photo of our luggage tag. This was thoughtful, but the wording was easily misunderstood (why take a photo when I already had the tag? They could have said, ”We suggest taking a photo in case it gets lost and the tag number is lost”). Also, I'm an IHG member, and the front desk clearly informed me that I could arrange a late check-out until 2 pm, but they still called at 11 am the next day to tell me it was time to check out. Although we didn't plan to check out late that day because we wanted to explore London a little more, this step was still confusing.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel's location was excellent, very close to Westfield Shopping Centre, and the Central Underground provided convenient access to Oxford Street. It was also a quick walk to Hyde Park, and a taxi to the airport cost only £50, which is cheaper and faster than the city center. Therefore, I have no complaints about the facilities, location, or the enthusiasm of the service; it's just that the routine service details need some improvement in training.

I booked a standard room, but was assigned a basement level. I later noticed a lot of reviews said basement levels. I don't know if this is discrimination or what. It's uncomfortable down there. Although there's a window, fresh air is trapped in the atrium, which is disgusting. There's also a bunch of trash in the atrium, which is disgusting. The basement hallway also has a smell that seems stuck and stuffy. I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know if there's any smell there. Every morning, I'm greeted by the stench, which ruins my fun. Oh, I did see a foreign guest staying in the basement level, but the price isn't cheap either. For 2,000+ a night, I'm not happy with the basement level!

Breakfast is cooked to order and is okay, but the sausages are terrible. There's no fresh vegetables in the buffet!

The wait staff are friendly and willing to chat. Overall, the service is quite good.

The location is good, close to the subway station, and convenient for Wimbledon.

The toiletries are comfortable and smell good, Indigo's global standard.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

Fantastic! Super clean and the view is pretty good too. The entrance on the ground floor was a bit small and under renovation. There was one overweight Asian woman at the front desk who had a terrible attitude, acting like she looked down on Chinese people and favored foreigners. The hotel itself is great though! All the other front desk staff were excellent!

Room was small, did not provide water bottles had to go down to the concierge to refill or buy from whole foods-7-11. Our Tv broke down half way but luckily the hotel managed to fix it within a few hours. 

To boil hot water had to go down to the concierge to do so. No amenities were provided. It is just a place to sleep.

For the price was not worth it. I accidentally booked 8 nights which the hotel refused to cancel without giving a reason why. Bear in mind after booking I immediately contacted the hotel to mention this typo but they refused to correct it. Luckily trip.com managed to come through to reimburse me a little for the losses.

Overall will not stay again. There are better hotels for the same prices. Only selling point was location was good.

The room was incredibly tiny, and the facilities were far from satisfactory. The front desk staff was even worse. When I had a nosebleed in the morning, they showed no concern whatsoever. In fact, when I asked about the deposit, their attitude became even more hostile. All things considered, this has to be the most outrageous hotel I've ever stayed in.

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Excellent! I love Hotel Indigo, and if I recall correctly, this particular one used to cost over 2,000 [currency unit] per night. It's a good thing the economic downturn has made it more affordable for us. It's right by the Bund, but not on Nanjing East Road, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The view from the 30th-floor bar is unbeatable, making you feel like you're in New York. The breakfast service is also exceptional; the coffee made by the staff is fantastic—both invigorating and rich, and the waffles are absolutely divine, crispy with a not-too-sweet cream.

Exploring Jiuguang Department Store or visiting popular internet-famous streets is incredibly convenient, maximizing your efficiency for city exploration and making it perfectly suited for both business travelers and those looking to relax and dine.

📍 **Location:** Right by Dishui Lake, it's a short walk to Duoyun Bookstore and about 1km from Dishui Lake Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around.

We checked in on Saturday, and our room had an amazing view of the 8 PM fireworks! ❤️

**Facilities:** Overall, it exceeded my expectations! 🥳 The Indigo Hotel Dishui Lake truly embraces the lake theme. As a newer hotel, all the facilities are quite new.
The room came with a Dyson hairdryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a JBL speaker.
The swimming pool operates from 9 AM to 9 PM and includes a sauna, which is great for unwinding after a swim.
The gym is open 24 hours and has basic cardio equipment.
(There weren't many guests this weekend, so my partner and I had the gym and pool all to ourselves – it was fantastic!)

**Dining:** On Saturday evening, there was a buffet option. Brunch runs from 7 AM to 12:30 PM and the food is delicious, with both Chinese and Western options. The lamb chops are a specialty and absolutely delicious! 😋
Guests staying on Saturday received a discount voucher for the buffet, bringing the price down to 248 RMB per person, which was slightly cheaper than third-party platforms. There's also a quiet bar that offers two complimentary welcome drinks for guests.

**Service:** This was by far the most satisfying part of our stay! A huge thank you to our private butler, Horus, for his wonderful assistance and guidance! ❤️

The hotel called us the day before to confirm our estimated arrival time and asked if we'd like to connect with our private butler on WeChat (five-star service!). If we needed any help at all during our stay, we simply messaged our butler on WeChat. Horus was incredibly quick to respond and his service was prompt and spot on.

Due to the weather, we ended up spending a lot more time at the hotel this trip, but it was truly a very comfortable experience.
I highly recommend everyone to come and stay here! ❤️
