Except for the super top-tier hotels, most hotels in the UK aren't on the same level as an Indigo back home. The room wasn't huge, but thankfully it had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of shops nearby and the nearest tube station being a bit of a trek.

Brand new hotel in a convenient location - access to Shepherd's Bush tube station which connects easily to the city, and to the major train stations.  Hotel is walking distance (3 mins) to the Westfield London shopping mall with a large selection of stores, supermarkets, and lots of food choices.  The rooms are well adorned, well equipped, very clean, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep.  Hotel staff are helpful and very friendly.  I would stay here again on my next trip to London.  The spa and pool were still being renovated at the time of my visit.

Great location, really close to Chinatown. It can get a bit noisy during the day because of the plaza downstairs, but it's fine at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. They also allow service dogs without an extra charge, and check-in was super quick.

The room was very spacious, and it's not far from the train station, Hyde Park, and Kensington Gardens. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, and a shopping mall and supermarket are also very close by, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

The reception gave us two basement rooms, which smelt like sewage. Asked for a change of rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked. In the morning, someone tried to break into my room at 7am. Thankfully, I put on the security chain before I slept. Apart from one staff at the morning breakfast, service attitude was poor.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice, especially Chrischel and Madison. The room was spacious enough for me.

I like how right the room was in the daytime. In the night, it was a bit dark, they could add some more lights. ￼Most days the room was really cleaned well but there were two days I found the same dirty pillow in my room. After I complained about it one night someone came in, cleaned my room right away. 

The location is a few minutes walk to Main Street. Usually it would be convenient, but there was some construction or something going on so we always had to take a shuttle to the train.

Their luggage storage service is really good.

Conveniently located near Wall Street with easy subway access. There's a great Danish healthy fast food restaurant nearby called Joe and the Juice, definitely worth checking out. You'll also find a pizza place, street-side taco trucks, and ice cream trucks. The hotel is very clean and has good soundproofing. Like most hotels, there's no hot water in the room, but the lobby offers refreshing lemonade and luggage storage, which is a nice touch.

Overall, this was a great stay. The hotel's location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it simple to get around, dine, and shop. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient during check-in, making the whole process smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was better than expected, so I got a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-maintained, with a stable hot water supply and a good range of toiletries.

The hotel's public areas are also very pleasant, looking quite new and featuring a stylish design. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was sufficient and tasted good. I encountered a couple of minor issues during my stay, but the staff were quick to respond and very proactive in resolving them, which left a positive impression.

All in all, it offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. If I return to this city, I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends.

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Old-fashioned classic hotel. Very convenient nearby, small convenience stores, atm machines, breakfast shops are very close.

By chance, I stayed one night at the Indigo on the Bund and was lucky enough to be upgraded to a river view suite. The staff were gentle and courteous. The hotel's location is very friendly for cruise travelers; you essentially step off the boat and you're there. The environment does feel a bit dated, but they are actively working on renovations to keep up. Overall, it's a good review!

Staying at the Indigo Jing'an was like stepping into a vintage Shanghai movie dream! The hotel perfectly blends the city's unique charm with cinematic aesthetics. The green and gold lobby, adorned with film-themed art installations, creates an incredibly immersive atmosphere – every snap looks like it's straight out of a fashion magazine. Guest rooms start at a spacious 50 square meters, elegantly designed with Shikumen-inspired headboards and retro lamps that beautifully showcase local culture. The large circular bathtub and smart bathroom fixtures were delightful surprises.

The service was also impeccable. Both managers at the front desk, Lucky and Chris, were warm and attentive. Not only did they make check-in quick and efficient, but after learning I had an early train the next day, they thoughtfully helped me plan the fastest route. The concierge proactively assisted with my luggage, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming.

Located in the heart of Jing'an, the hotel is right next to a subway station, making getting around super convenient. My overall experience far exceeded expectations; I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai! Highly recommended!

Our stay was incredibly pleasant and comfortable! I really appreciated that breakfast was served until 12:30 PM, which is a rare and thoughtful touch. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. During our stay, we were assigned a dedicated butler, Dave, who truly made our experience exceptional. He proactively gave us a heads-up about rainy weather and even provided tips on off-peak dining times to avoid queues. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. The hotel also offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was great, although we couldn't get a lake-view room as they were fully booked. Nevertheless, the upgraded room we received was still excellent. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!
