The hotel was exactly like the pictures. Clean, safe and enjoyable. I wish I stayed longer. I was only there for a day and flew out in the morning. I was given a queen bed accessible room instead of the original king bed room but it was still to my liking. 

They even had happy hour in the lobby from 3-5pm with wine and charcuterie. The front desk attendant was nice and suggested nearby restaurants.

The room was clean and conveniently located near Wall Street and the 9/11 Memorial. The front desk staff were easy to communicate with. I bought my tickets a few days before my trip, and the price was decent for Manhattan. The elevator was a normal speed to the 12th floor. My room had a view of Trinity Church.

Nice hotel in a good location. I left my tablet in the room by accident and when I called they left a message with housekeeping to call me if it was found. They never called and housekeeping claims they havnt found it... I left it on the bedside table and that's my fault, but what sort of housecleaners do you employ that keep people's items instead of turning them into lost and found. Beware and make sure to triple check you have your things or else they will keep them.

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk after getting off the subway. Overall, the interior and atmosphere of the hotel itself is pretty, but it was a bit disappointing that it took a while for the hot water to come out and there were no basic amenities such as disposable slippers and water.
Still, the hotel overall was pretty and clean, so it was much better than the old place in Manhattan.

Centrally located in London with convenient transportation. The hotel maintains the Indigo brand's stylish aesthetic, which is really impressive. The breakfast is extensive, offering both buffet and à la carte options, which is a nice touch.

The hotel is in a very good location, at the entrance of Paddington station. I have personally tested that you can get on the train within 8 minutes. The surrounding environment is also relatively quiet. But the hotel space is relatively small and it is difficult to open a 28-inch suitcase.

The hotel's location is perfect,, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the underground. We were pleased to receive a room with a fantastic view overlooking the square where the street performances were. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The wooden floor was quite sticky, and we could hear the sound of our sandals when walking. There was visible dirt on the drawer too which made us hesitant to unpack our belongings. Overall, while the location and view were excellent, the cleanliness could use significant improvement.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

I booked a standard room, but was assigned a basement level. I later noticed a lot of reviews said basement levels. I don't know if this is discrimination or what. It's uncomfortable down there. Although there's a window, fresh air is trapped in the atrium, which is disgusting. There's also a bunch of trash in the atrium, which is disgusting. The basement hallway also has a smell that seems stuck and stuffy. I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know if there's any smell there. Every morning, I'm greeted by the stench, which ruins my fun. Oh, I did see a foreign guest staying in the basement level, but the price isn't cheap either. For 2,000+ a night, I'm not happy with the basement level!

Breakfast is cooked to order and is okay, but the sausages are terrible. There's no fresh vegetables in the buffet!

The wait staff are friendly and willing to chat. Overall, the service is quite good.

The location is good, close to the subway station, and convenient for Wimbledon.

The toiletries are comfortable and smell good, Indigo's global standard.

Taking advantage of the start of the winter holidays, before it got too crowded, I quickly brought my child to explore the Bund! I found this Indigo hotel online, reportedly with unbeatable river views, so we decided to stay here. While planning, I read many reviews; some mentioned the breakfast wasn't great, others complained about the narrow vertical window panes obstructing the view. However, its excellent location, close to Yu Garden for shopping and right by the Huangpu River, ultimately made us choose this hotel.

Upon arrival, I felt it was quite good. It's truly right on the river. The front desk lady was very friendly and upgraded our room for free. The room we got had two sides with views – one directly facing the river, where we could see various boats coming and going right below, and the other offered a distant view of the historic Bund buildings. The slightly narrower windows didn't detract from the viewing experience; instead, it felt quite novel. My son and I took turns looking out of each window, which was very amusing! The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite the beautiful scenery, it didn't disturb our rest. We were also very satisfied with the bedding; the bed was soft yet had good rebound, not the type that sinks you in and affects your spine. We requested latex pillows from the front desk, which were also very comfortable. Being able to sleep well after a tiring day of travel is truly important! The bathtub in the room was also very clean and hygienic, allowing my child to enjoy a comfortable soak while admiring the river view – he was absolutely thrilled!

As for breakfast, it was decent. It's true that it leans more towards Western style due to the higher number of foreign guests. There was a gentleman in a suit diligently making coffee for guests. I noticed he spent more time cleaning the coffee machine than making coffee, showing great care – I'm very grateful for that! Overall, the hotel service was excellent; everyone was friendly and enthusiastic, making it hard to single out anyone for praise!

However, there's one point of dissatisfaction I must mention: the hotel's 30th-floor bar is outsourced, and their attitude towards customers is a complete contrast to the rest of the hotel! On our first day, after checking in with my child, I saw indicators for the gym, restaurant, and bar on many floors in the elevator, so I decided to explore each floor with my child. We eventually reached the 30th-floor bar. Exiting the elevator, we saw the bar entrance. Behind the front desk, there was a foreign female DJ spinning records, and it was dark inside. I thought of taking my child in for a quick look, perhaps buy an ice cream and enjoy the river view... Before I could finish my thought, a short guy behind the front desk gave my child a sideways glance and said, “No minors allowed.” That was it, just that one sentence. My temper immediately flared up, and my enthusiasm for exploring with my child was instantly dampened. Later, I thought it wasn't worth letting such a snobbish attitude ruin our good mood, so I left with my child. But the more I thought about it, the angrier I got. How can they do business like this? Do they assume that if we don't look like we're going to spend money there, they can skip basic politeness? This only serves to alienate customers for their boss. Absolutely terrible! I later asked the front desk and confirmed that the bar is indeed outsourced, which explains their behavior. Another minor issue with the hotel itself is that the bathroom floor is very slippery. Although the hotel provides non-slip mats, they are too small. I hope they can provide larger ones; otherwise, it could lead to accidents. Overall, the hotel is worth staying at, just avoid the bar!

This hotel offers great value for money, probably the best I've experienced in Shanghai over the past few years. The facilities are comprehensive, and while the hotel shows its age a bit, the service quality is impeccable. The staff are incredibly welcoming and warm to guests. The hotel might ask guests to pick up their food delivery downstairs, likely due to food safety concerns, but I completely understand and support this policy.

This was my first time bringing my child to Lingang, and the hotel, which opened last year, has great facilities and a nice environment. As an InterContinental member, I even received three complimentary drink vouchers. We booked a deluxe lake view balcony room, allowing us to enjoy Lingang's Saturday night fireworks show without leaving our room. The hotel pool was also fantastic and a hit with the little one. There are two children's parks nearby, perfect for kids. Plus, there's a cycling path for biking and Cloud Bookstore is right next door. The hotel is also not far from the Planetarium.
