JJYHSHENZHENThe overall environment and scenery are beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and provide service with a smile. We booked through Trip.com and the hotel gave us two complimentary activities, which apparently aren't included if you book directly on their official website. The only downside is that it's quite a journey to get there, requiring a transfer in Bangkok followed by a car and a boat ride.

AAnonymous UserThe house is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the boss is very attentive and considerate, and the recommendations are all good.
The facilities need to be improved. There is no hair dryer or kettle. You have to ask for it before you can get it. It feels so strange. Is there a hair dryer for washing hair? Why bother? The deposit of 1,000 is also strange. I stayed in 6 hotels during the whole trip, and this is the only one that requires a deposit.
It may be due to the peak season. I booked a room on Ctrip. 8 Chairman Mao tickets for one night are too expensive and do not match the facilities. I think 4 or 5 tickets are OK.

We had a villa with a direct sea view. I would book it again anytime. The children loved the sea and the pool.

DDoctor_WhoThe hotel is located about 14 km from the northern pier in the south on the west coast of Lanta.
A very nice complex with very friendly staff.
We received a warm welcome.
The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily, and towels are changed. There are also beach towels available.
Water is refilled daily.
The air conditioning is draft-free, and nothing else is missing in the room.
There are loungers by the pool and on the beach. Breakfast is very plentiful and offers a great view.
There's something for everyone.
If you wish, an omelet or something similar with eggs can be freshly prepared for you.
There are also beautiful bungalows with pools and sea views.
Scooter rentals, island tours - everything can be arranged at normal prices. Alex is friendly and helpful.
If you want to go to a 7-Eleven, you have to walk about 20 minutes. There are restaurants a few minutes away if you don't want to eat at the hotel.
On our departure day, we had to leave at 7 a.m., and they prepared a huge breakfast package for us (4 boxes for 2 people) and labeled it very nicely.
We would come back anytime.

AAnonymous UserI can only assume the five stars are for the bathtub, but the water pressure is quite low.
1. Check-in requires a cash deposit or logging your credit card details.
2. The bedding was genuinely damp. I thought it might be typical for a seaside location, but other hotels, even with sea view rooms, weren't nearly as damp.
3. Upon check-in, the bedding looked really old and worn, like it was long overdue for an update.
4. Razors and similar amenities are not standard; you have to ask for them. This room type has no elevator, and while it's only up to the third floor, it's quite a trek.
5. The poolside area and happy hour by the sea are nice.
Compared to the Double Lotus (four-star) hotels nearby, they are significantly better than this one.

DDsonTSri Lanta is a haven to escape the crowds, while having enough services around to keep you occupied in this corner of the beach. The rooms are classy and clean, save for a dirty kettle, with daily room service.
There's direct access to the beach via a convenient tunnel, which opens up to their pool, restaurant, bar and beach chairs. The bar owner is very friendly and his prices are reasonable to keep you happy for your stay.
Shout out to Lisa, the concierge that made our stay a bit more personal and lovely each day

HHUAThe location of the hotel is very good, right on the beach. The handsome guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. He booked a room connected to the pool. You can play in the pool by opening the balcony. The BBQ and dinner are very delicious in the evening. I ate dinner on the beach for several nights. ,very happy.
Both the elderly and children like it very much. It's a good time to watch the sunset, and the price-performance ratio is very high, which meets everyone's wishes.

GGuest UserThe stay at Isara Lanta was great! It is directly located at the beach and my highlight was that I had my own hammock in front of my bungalow.
My room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly all the time.
I had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was very delicious. The owner (?) is German so be prepared to see a lot of German dishes on the menu.
The location of the hotel is great. You have direct beach access, scooter rental in-house, supermarket, restaurants and bars in walking distance.
I would stay with Isara Lanta again.

The hostess's son is very cute and well-behaved, helping to take the clothes rack before and after running. What a good lawn, I like the environment of this resort very much.
