Great service and amenities, staff were welcoming and friendly. Overall, an exceptional stay apart from the mozzies that came out even during daytime.

An absolutely amazing experience. Fantastic location on a chill island with immaculate grounds and attentive staff. If you want nightlife and beach bars, this is not for you. If you want to relax away from the crowds, this is the place. (In Hawai’i equivalent, this is Kawai, not Waikiki.) In addition, this is a small, intimate place. I would guess at most 100 guests, which makes it feel really cozy. And they probably have a staff of 40 to take care of you.

If I could rate them an 11 out of 10, I would! The staffs were amazing, kind and at times go above to care for their guests. They provide free shuttle to/ from the airport in very comfortable and luxurious minivans, which saves you alot of money and hassle. They can even assist in arranging transportation to other parts of Krabi, this would come with a fee. If you have any dietary/ meal preference, their chefs will cater to your needs. Requests outside of breakfast will come at a fee. The grilled seafood here is fresh and super tasty. Frank, their GM, would greet you as you check in, during breakfast and even check out. You just don't get this kind of attention and care anymore. I'm already planning my next trip to Layana!

Absolutely AWESOME!!! Attention to detail from staff greeting you every time they saw you to the provision of incidental amenities such as mosquito spray and mouthwash! Was greeted by the manager personally on registration and invited to the 'White' themed champagne evening and fire show! Used the spa for my first ever body scrub... All the staff were attentive and couldn't do enough! Franck - you have amazing staff and a fantastic location, thank you for a wonderful stay!

I chose Layana for the location and free shuttle service from/to Krabi airport. Facility was a bit old, but clean and well-maintained. House keeping staff was very friendly and neat. They checked in again in the evening for extra amenity every evening. Restaurant was great - deep-fried pork rib and pad Thai. During the day at the pool, they offered water & pineapple for free. Though it rained during my stay, I enjoyed my slow time by the pool. I would recommend for people who want quiet, clean environment with good service. And it is also closer to the diving port area (free pick-up/drop-off).

This was the best stay in Thailand so far. I don’t think I ever experienced better service, it’s was really amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, the stuff was very caring and considerate make you feel very comfortable about each moment of the stay. They even have room cleaning twice per day to come and close your blinds in the evening. The spa was amazing - we did massage and facial there and it very nice. We had the best experience staying at Layana and we are def coming there next year !

It was truly beautiful, one of the best stay of my life. The whole stay from the transfer from the airport to the end of the stay was organised to the smallest details. Franck the hotel management and his team doing a really amazing work. Room was spotlessly clean, also the pool area was clean and well maintained. The place is is on Koh Lanta, which is not too touristy, which is a great thing for a relaxing stay. Wifi was sarong at the whole resort. Great gym facility. Excellent breakfast with a great view on the beachfront. Overall 10/10 stay, highly recommended.
