Health, environment and service are good. The facilities in the room are simple, budget hotels, such as no glass, just two paper cups.

Guest UserIt was a family friendly activities and much of the staff were nice. I had an issue at check in, my room’t cleaned well I had to ask twice to get my room cleaned after checking in. Even after, it wasn’t cleaned well but I had a cranky toddler and didn’t want to keep waiting. They only provide two bath towels and don’t replace them unless you ask. If you want more towels you have to ask. The ice machines are only on odd floors only and are out of order on many floors. The bathroom in the main lobby doesn’t have changing tables or a family bathroom so be prepared to go to your room to change diapers if you are in the main hotel.
