Hyatt Place Houston/The Woodlands

Clean room, good service, but breakfast was VERY basic, served fruit was still frozen, pancakes were very limited, no waffles, plastic silverware.

This was an excellent stay and much needed! The hotel was perfect and close to so many amazing restaurants and cool places! Excellent value for what you pay!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful. Overall a great experience.

Breakfast was fresh, and the area was kept very clean. The staff was amazing we never heard a no from them, their were very professional great mood and atmosphere. Gave us tips on where to go while my wife was having surgery. They made it very easy to check-in and checkout. Thank you for the amazing experience. Congratulations 🎈 🎊 👏

Clean convenient hotel near walkable and drivable restaurants . Plenty of spacious lobby desk space for working and had some private areas. Small bar and market area with decent dessert and snack selection . TVs to be able to watch on in the lobby area. One minor surprise was that Hyatt charged $15 for parking which is unusual for a suburban hotel location.

Pretty much everything was great except for running out of hot water in the morning. The place was very clean and good looking. The front desk employee had a very good mix of professionalism and friendliness. I chose this location due to the level 2 Tesla chargers and that worked out really well. There were always two slots available while I was there. I left my car to charge overnight.

Great hotel in the Woodlands. Super Clean, great breakfast included and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

Very friendly and helpful staff the entire stay. Good location and quiet property. Room was clean and well kept
