Excellent hotel, we loved everything. If possible, book a room with a balcony and sea view; the view is gorgeous. The pools are lovely. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. The hotel is a bit far from civilization, so a car is highly recommended. The on-site restaurants are expensive, and eating there every day would be very pricey. Upon check-in, they pre-authorized a 260 rial deposit on my card for 9 days, so be prepared for that.

The hotel is a bit old overall, but the rooms are spacious. The service is quite professional, and the breakfast is plentiful. Even with many diners, dishes were replenished promptly, which is especially important during Ramadan.

Fantastic hotel with good service and beautiful views. The pool is amazing, and the drinks are excellent. Truly enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back if visiting Muscat again.

Our favorite place in Muscat! Especially great for families who enjoy peace and quiet. The location is convenient and the service is excellent. The rooms are also very comfortable. We'll definitely be staying there again next time.

The hotel boasts a French romantic style, exuding a retro charm upon entry. Despite its age, it's well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious. Before going to bed, we discovered the bathroom fan was very loud. We contacted the hotel for repairs, but the technicians couldn't resolve the issue. The front desk stated they were full of rooms of the same category and could only offer a lower-category room. Therefore, we were forced to contact Ctrip customer service at 3 AM to coordinate with the hotel manager. Ultimately, the problem was resolved with a room upgrade. While the front desk's handling of the situation was flawed and may have shown some discrimination, Ctrip customer service was very helpful. It's important to stand up for your rights when facing problems. The hotel swimming pool is currently open, with a small door leading to the public beach. Room facilities are complete, and the breakfast is average.

Excellent location, many restaurants Shisha bar nearby, also is in the middle of everything. To all attraction everything is within 30 minutes taxi including airport. If you want to do boat trip or see activity, maybe it’s better to leave closer to the port. Before us the extra 20 minutes on a taxi is not a problem. Very clean, very spacious, providing quiet luxury vibe. Breakfast is a little bit smaller selection than I expected, but the food quantity is good. The room is very spacious and comfortable layout, the best bed I’ve ever slept on in any luxury hotel. Only problem I had was in the room, they might need to do some quality checks, a lot of appliances does not work, for example the steamer didn’t Work, need the time to change it, also scale doesn’t work, it doesn’t read a matter for me but everything adds up just a small little disappointment. On the first night, there’s some really loud noises from the air-conditioning throughout the whole night, raise this in the morning, second day afternoon already fixed it. It was a quick fixing, but I would have expected the room wouldn’t have such noises when I check in. The spa is amazing!! highly recommended to do at least two hours treatment, this is definitely one of the best spa experience in any hotel. Servicing overall is very good, specially the room cleaning stuff super friendly, the ladies in the spa also very nice, everyone on the servicing are super friendly, helpful. Just a front desk reception with a little bit of colder attitude. Facility wise is enough, good size pool not the biggest but is enough. Unlike most of the luxury hotel,This MO hasn’t got their own private beach, it’s a beachfront property, however they have a small sessions on the beach with hotels own beach chair for the guest. Is not a usual larger luxury resort, only 150 rooms, I will say the facility is okay but I would expect a little bit more. Also, there is no information to pre-book any activities or any special activities going on in the hotel unless you ask. Pool size service m may be need a little bit of improvement. The stuff is very nice to lay down the towel the moment you reached the pool or the beach area. But this level of hotel should automatically bring some water, ice bucket, or sunscreen available to the seat. They are sunscreen only laying around at certain spot and you need to stand and use it. Overall experience has been amazing, also it is top three best and luxurious hotel in muscat. But for this price everyone will expect a little bit more. I’d definitely rate 8.5/10 of the 3 days stay here.

I felt it was worth the price. The facilities were reasonably clean, so I was satisfied, and the staff were generally nice, so it was fine. However, there were three things that bothered me. 1. I stayed for two nights, and neither night were there any towels provided, so I had to ask them to bring them each time. I was surprised as this was the first time that towels had been left behind two nights in a row. 2. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell, which bothered me. 3. I had signed up for a tour, and was meeting someone in the lobby, where I was approached by someone pretending to be from a tour company. I eventually realized it was a fake, but the woman at the front desk had seen the whole thing (and even talked to me), and instead of scolding me, she continued to talk to me in a friendly manner. The way I was approached was ”Are you signing up for a tour?” When I answered ”Yes,” the scammer asked me, ”Are you going to Nizwa? I'm the tour driver. How much is the tour?” Even though I said I had already paid, the scammer asked me how much it cost and insisted on taking me there. Please be careful if you are staying here.

Hotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff. We only sow the lady for check in honestly she was polite but no welcoming no one to help with baggage no one in the reception most of the time. House keeping was horrible they don’t change linens even it was dirty and torn. I had to call them to change it. The carpet was wet and they didn’t do anything even they don’t clean tables. Price was reasonable for the location only and having connected rooms was great for my children.

Hotel location is good, eating around is very convenient, there is a swimming pool, gym, bar, overall not bad
