It was one of the best stays, the staf and the atmosphere were amazing

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, very very comfortable bed, room and shower. I just feel the pool service and food could have been better, also no valet parking.

Due to the cancellation of flights by fly dubai, we requested a cancellation or change of reservation. They refused without explanation.

One of the highlights of my experience was the dual-pool offering, which allowed me to enjoy breathtaking ocean views while also having the option of a quieter, more serene setting. This thoughtful design caters to both relaxation and scenic indulgence. The breakfast experience was equally remarkable, offering a diverse selection of high-quality dishes. The attentive and welcoming staff further enhanced the overall experience, ensuring that every moment of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. Kempinski Muscat truly exemplifies luxury hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Oman.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. A special thanks goes to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, who were exceptionally kind and attentive to all our needs. Every meal was a delight, and the service in the restaurants was warm, professional, and consistently thoughtful. Housekeeping also went above and beyond, visiting twice a day and keeping our room spotless and ensuring we were always comfortable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent attention to detail throughout. We’re so grateful for the hospitality we received and would love to return again in the future.
