"Our stay at Hotel Campanile Nature – Cergy Pontoise turned out to be a comfortable stop during our travels through France. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to reach without any detours. Because of its location, it seems to attract a mix of guests—small sports teams gathering for events and workers staying during the week. Despite the variety of visitors, the hotel felt fairly calm during weekdays, which made for a relaxed atmosphere.
The room itself was on the smaller side, but it made good use of the available space. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, and the room was equipped with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, the bed was genuinely comfortable, which is always something I appreciate after a long day on the road.
The only real drawback was the soundproofing. Unfortunately, the walls seemed to let through more noise than I would have liked. One neighboring room happened to be occupied by a couple who is having affair. Their arguments—and other activities that are best left private—became an unexpected soundtrack throughout the night. It was one of those situations where you find yourself wishing the walls were just a little thicker.
Overall, Hotel Campanile Nature – Cergy Pontoise offered a practical location, a comfortable bed, and a peaceful atmosphere for the most part. With improved sound insulation, it could have been an even more restful stay."

Great
GGuest UserGreat little studio. I could buy food in the little store provided and eat in the room. The little kitchen was fully stocked with cooking necessities. Very clean and quiet. I would definitely go back.
GGuest UserThe rooms are quite modern, and the breakfast spread was extensive. It's very convenient for catching a flight the next day, thanks to its proximity.
DDiane WuArrived at the hotel quite late, so stayed near the airport. It was pretty good – one large bed, one sofa bed, and the toilet and shower were separate. Plenty of space for three people, and very affordable, which was perfect. The hygiene was excellent, and the room was huge. It was only a third of the price I paid for a city hotel the next day, so the value for money was exceptional!
GGuest UserThe hotel was beautiful and very relaxing. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and spoke both English and Spanish, as I don't speak French. I felt very welcome; they were very kind and attentive. I slept comfortably and safely. There was a shopping center nearby with everything you could need, and what my children enjoyed most was the children's entertainment area in the shopping center.
I didn't like the breakfast; there was very little variety.
EEvgeniya_BExcellent hotel for a layover at Charles de Gaulle Airport. The hotel lobby and room were clean and quiet, and the on-site restaurant was great. While the menu selection wasn't extensive, everything was delicious, service was fast, and the waitstaff were friendly.
GGuest UserSpent a night waiting for my flight out of Paris. The hotel is pleasant enough. I will use it again if I need a night in CDG. The shuttle service needs to be organized better. Getting from the hotel to the airport was easy, costs 5 euros. Going from the airport to the hotel in a shuttle is very complicated. The shuttle is a black unmarked van; the pick up place and the schedule is not advertised anywhere. The hotel does not have its own webpage (or I did not find it), only the general Accor website that does not have shuttle information. They should get their own webpage with clear instructions on where and when one can board a shuttle. I bet this would increase the number of people who want to stay at the Mercure-Roissy.
Mmiss banzaiLove the style, chic and old school timeless. The rooms are super spacious and well decorated. The rate were fair, located near Charles the gaulleairport. The staff are nice and helpful. The check in a bit slow though because of only one staff. But it was fine. The hotel has two restaurants with decent foods. I totally recommend to come here. I love the vibe
GGuest UserVery disappointing stay
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The management needs serious improvement, and the reception staff were not welcoming at all.
The first room I was given had a door that would not lock. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, the second room also had issues. The portable heater was broken and not working properly. I informed the receptionist, and someone came up to look at it. I was told it was fixed, but it wasn’t—the room remained cold throughout the night.
On top of that, I wanted to take a warm bath to get comfortable, but the bathtub tap was not working either.
Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and poor customer service made this stay very uncomfortable. I do not see myself returning to this hotel. They really need to do better.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in the suburbs, close to the highway intersection. It is very convenient if you don't drive. There are many free parking lots. But there is no supporting facilities nearby, only a bus stop, and it is far from the subway station. The breakfast is OK, the room is small, there is no electric kettle, but you can get hot water in the lobby on the first floor.
GGuest UserEverything was perfect
1. Water fountain at the bar, which I can access whenever I want
2. Wonderful breakfast. They made the breakfast and you can get pancakes after 7! The food was warm and delicious. Which made my sterotype for French food more stronger than ever.
3. Large room, with good facilities. Nuke bath amenities, personal showrer and toilet!
4. The employees were one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in France. We have asked sever requests, and they helped us with thier best behavior. (I thought I might, could be spoiled if I stayed here longer lol)
Frankly, if my coworkers need to visit Eragny, I would strongly recommend this place, and my other two coworkers who had stayed with me, agreed.
Merci beaucope for every employee works in Hotel Mercure Cergy Ponposie.
