Very Good
NNFa.MThe location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall.
However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM.
Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel.
What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse.
If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience.
GGuest UserThe rooms are quite modern, and the breakfast spread was extensive. It's very convenient for catching a flight the next day, thanks to its proximity.
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good but rather very quiet location. About a few minutes drive for CDG Airport. Not much of a tourist location as advertised. Secondly, the hotel is branded as a four star hotel. I think three is more accurate. While the outdoors and decor were superb, the facilities in the room itself were old and antique. From the pillow (terrible and caused me neck pain), to the work tables, to the wardrobe, it was all OLD. There was a bug in the room (Image attached) and the heating didn't work - as expected. For a ”Four star” hotel, there was no side fridge in the room, no bottled water even if the listing mentioned having this and the breakfast was just there without a lot of options. The dinner, while costing 35 Euros was a waste of funds. On the positive side, the Staff were VERY professional, helpful and friendly. The Internet was quite fast also. Would I return, maybe not. Why? For the cost, I expect more.
AAzenaishangleaqiangThe hotel is great, and there's a free shuttle from Terminal 2. Here's how to find the shuttle: From arrivals, follow the orange icon (a person lying on a bed) to T2 Departures. Turn around, and you'll see **&2D and the orange icon together (⚠️ for those coming from T2, you *must* look back to see both **&2D and the orange icon together to know you're in the right direction!). (⚠️ Don't just follow Departures or Arrivals, stick closely to **&2D + the orange icon!) You'll walk for a while, and when you see a Carl's Jr. restaurant, you know you're headed the right way (if you don't see it, you're not). If you're coming from T2, you don't need to take the airport's circular train; other terminals require you to take the train to T2. Once you find the shuttle stop, there will be a large bus. The hotel's name (B&B) isn't listed on the vertical sign, so just ask the driver for the B&B hotel. It's the first stop. (⚠️ There are two B&B hotels at CDG, so make sure to ask the driver! I hope this is helpful!) We encountered a Black guy at T2 who was pretending to be staff (no uniform or badge) and gave us wrong directions. He was very enthusiastically trying to lead us to T1 (⚠️ kept saying 'free' and was polite, but might have had mental health issues). So, if my instructions are unclear, and you ask for help, make sure the staff are wearing uniforms and badges. If there's a language barrier, just show them the B&B icon, and they should understand.
GGuest UserCleanliness- the hotel is super dated, straight out of the 80’s. Wood paneling everywhere & dirty old carpet doesn’t help with appearance of it being clean. Bath/ shower yellow stained & toilet was stained & mouldy when i arrived.
Location - not far from CDG airport, which helped keep the Uber fares down as their ‘airport shuttle’ service is a joke. Few times to airport only in morning (no airport pick up) and then pick up from airport only in afternoon (no drop off from hotel).
Short walk to a little village with local restaurants which was nicer than staying or giving the hotel any more money.
Service - nothing to rave about. They couldnt care less about helping with the lack of shuttle (which is why i booked this hotel)… they just tell you to order a taxi.
Amenities- finding the 80’s pool was a mission. Needed to use firestairs to access & again just old & dated. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Overall place is just tired
HHueilinThe building is motel-style, featuring an elevator, a restaurant, a communal kitchen, and vending machines. Rooms are small but clean. The front desk staff speak English and are friendly. The airport shuttle is a 7-seater minibus, costing 6 Euros per person, with pick-up/drop-off at Terminal 2. I arrived by taking a public bus from the Roissypole bus station at the airport to a nearby town, then walked for 10 minutes. This is fine during the day, but I wouldn't recommend doing it alone after dark. Use Google Maps for directions. The bus fare was 2 Euros, and it's best to buy your ticket before boarding.
GGuest UserLocation close to the airport - thought the shuttle driver could have better customer service skills.
The bed was super comfortable - there was food left in the fridge from previous guest.
The buffet breakfast was amazing lots of choice & very good quality food.

HHasan.TravelI had booked for 3 nights. On the first night, two reception staff were not very friendly. There should have been a hairdryer in the room, but there wasn’t one. You had to leave your ID card and borrow a hairdryer from reception.
In terms of cleanliness, it was good; towels and blankets were changed every day.
Breakfast was not very good. I expected at least eggs to be included, but there were none.
The hotel’s location was not good for going into the city. I thought it would be convenient, but it wasn’t, so I used Uber and Bolt during all three days.
The hotel location is only good for the airport; it’s about 5 minutes away.
Also, there are three other hotels with the same name, so you need to be very careful with the address 👍
TThejessicadukeThe hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.
