An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

The first time I came to Paris, my flight was delayed and I stayed at this hotel. I had a great impression then, so I chose to stay again. Overall, the attention to detail is excellent, definitely above average. It's worth mentioning that this time I also tried the hotel's gym and restaurant, both of which were surprisingly good. The only thing I was a bit confused about was that the front desk charged me a 150-euro deposit this time, which I don't recall being charged last time.

It offers a good balance of accessibility and comfort for a family of four. Location & Transportation 📍🚌 Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. This wasn't my first time booking this hotel, but this time it was a horrible experience. When we arrived, the person at the front desk informed us that there would be a power outage at 11 PM for an unlimited duration! No explanation was given, and there was no commercial gesture (like a complimentary breakfast or anything similar). The power outage did indeed happen, and to make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at 2 AM for 10 minutes! As we were leaving, we asked them to at least offer us complimentary parking. The response from the front desk was, 'You need to pay for parking at the machine!' Luckily for us, the machine was out of order due to the power outage, so they had no choice but to offer it to us for free. Very disappointed with the team's behavior. I'll hesitate to book this hotel again next time.

The room was nice, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. I stayed here the night before my flight home to avoid a long commute from the city in the morning. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which solved my breakfast problem. The scenery around the hotel was lovely. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear any plane noise. It's about a 10-15 minute bus ride to the terminal. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the terminal, but it runs only once an hour, and the timing didn't work out for me. So, I took a bus from the nearby stop directly to the terminal for 2.5 euros. Just a heads up, the French can be a bit slow, so make sure to allow plenty of time for customs and security at the airport.

The location is close to the airport and airport shuttle is available for 7 euro and is easy to reserve. Despite being a bit old but room is clean and spacious. It has a small kitchen area and a microwave. The receptionist was a bit misleading with the transportation pick up, need to double check with another one.

The hotel is in the suburbs, close to the highway intersection. It is very convenient if you don't drive. There are many free parking lots. But there is no supporting facilities nearby, only a bus stop, and it is far from the subway station. The breakfast is OK, the room is small, there is no electric kettle, but you can get hot water in the lobby on the first floor.

The hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.

Well it's a good budget hotel near airport in Paris. Far from the city but very close to bus station. Clean little rooms just like in the picture shown. In November it was really cold but aircon was working fine. No kettle in the room, that made our stay bit difficult. We needed go to reception area to use microwave to drink warm water.
