An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

The location is very close to T1 and T3, and you can take a free monorail to get there. There's a welcome drink offered in the lobby, which can be juice or beer. The room is spacious and clean, and you need a key card to use the elevator. They don't provide water, a kettle, or toiletries.

There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. Our stay at Hotel Campanile Nature – Cergy Pontoise turned out to be a comfortable stop during our travels through France. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to reach without any detours. Because of its location, it seems to attract a mix of guests—small sports teams gathering for events and workers staying during the week. Despite the variety of visitors, the hotel felt fairly calm during weekdays, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. The room itself was on the smaller side, but it made good use of the available space. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, and the room was equipped with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, the bed was genuinely comfortable, which is always something I appreciate after a long day on the road. The only real drawback was the soundproofing. Unfortunately, the walls seemed to let through more noise than I would have liked. One neighboring room happened to be occupied by a couple who is having affair. Their arguments—and other activities that are best left private—became an unexpected soundtrack throughout the night. It was one of those situations where you find yourself wishing the walls were just a little thicker. Overall, Hotel Campanile Nature – Cergy Pontoise offered a practical location, a comfortable bed, and a peaceful atmosphere for the most part. With improved sound insulation, it could have been an even more restful stay.

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport, and a taxi costs 20 euros. The room is spacious, featuring artistic wooden light fixtures and wall decorations. It's well soundproofed, so there's no airplane noise. There's an airport shuttle bus service available before 9 AM and after 8:45 PM, but it's not a full-day service, only during specific morning and evening hours. It costs 6 euros per person per ride. I highly recommend it.

Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The management needs serious improvement, and the reception staff were not welcoming at all. The first room I was given had a door that would not lock. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, the second room also had issues. The portable heater was broken and not working properly. I informed the receptionist, and someone came up to look at it. I was told it was fixed, but it wasn’t—the room remained cold throughout the night. On top of that, I wanted to take a warm bath to get comfortable, but the bathtub tap was not working either. Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and poor customer service made this stay very uncomfortable. I do not see myself returning to this hotel. They really need to do better.

The hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.

Everything was fine, but we were really surprised when we returned to our room and realized it had been cleaned without our permission. They entered and cleaned our room while we were out.
