The stay experience was very good. Although the room is small, it is very clean and the facilities are very useful. In addition, we were surprised that the owner of the hotel was very enthusiastic. The meals are prepared very carefully and fresh and delicious. You can book dinner with the boss in advance, and there is also a mini bar for a drink. The interior decoration of the homestay is also ingenious and unique. In addition to the indoor landscape, the homestay also has a design outdoor environment and a small garden. They raised a puppy called ”Dodo”, which was also very cute. In short, this trip was very happy and satisfying, largely because I chose this homestay, which met our needs for rest and experience in all aspects. Praise recommendation!

I declare this my favorite B&B of the year! First, the environment is stunning. The B&B occupies a private plot of lush tea fields. The air is incredibly fresh and filled with negative ions after the rain. The design is striking, and the photos are beyond captivating. The owner said... The food at the B&B is also delicious. The chicken soup is incredibly fragrant, and the vegetables are all organically grown by the owner, making them incredibly healthy. The pool is very comfortable, and the kids had a blast playing there. I'll be back next spring when the flowers bloom.

The room was very clean, the service was very attentive, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, I felt very comfortable. Having traveled to so many places for business, this was a truly comfortable stay! There are also many restaurants nearby, right in the center of the town. Five-star review! 1. The service was superb. The staff picked me up from the parking lot, took me to my room, and explained the room facilities and precautions in detail. When I experienced severe altitude sickness in the middle of the night, the staff immediately contacted a doctor who came to my aid. Thank you so much! 2. The location is very convenient, right next to the parking lot and customer service center. 3. The facilities are excellent. The room is spacious, with a private bathroom and shower; it has underfloor heating, making it very warm; there's an oxygen concentrator; and a two-seater sofa with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a nice view. 4. The equipment is new and looks very clean.

We went to Mengding Mountain Tea Garden to see the flowers 🌸, but couldn't find accommodation as evening approached! So we decided to go to Shangli Ancient Town on a whim and chose this hotel on Ctrip, and we were pleasantly surprised! We arrived around 8 pm, and originally booked a four-person room for five people. The receptionist, seeing our situation, immediately and proactively upgraded us to a six-person room free of charge – so thoughtful! 👍 The service throughout was very warm and attentive, and the staff were all very friendly, making our stay comfortable and reassuring. [The only downside was the hotel breakfast; besides porridge and noodles 🍜, a little bit of steamed sweet potato, small steamed buns, and only one side dish – pickled mustard greens], I hope they can improve that. 😝 Next time I visit Mengding Mountain Ancient Town, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!

Facilities: The staff upgraded us to a private room. The room is large and has an independent hot spring room. You can directly see the 🦌 and peacocks on the opposite side from the balcony. The children are very happy. The hotel environment and facilities are very good. Environment: On the top of the mountain, the hotel is very photogenic and very beautiful. Unfortunately, the flowering period of the valley has passed this season. It is hot in summer, and you can basically only stay in the hotel during the day, as shown in the picture. Hygiene: Every place in the hotel is very clean. The cleaning lady (local) enthusiastically helped us clean the hot spring pool again. Service: Shili Fangfei is creating high-end cultural tourism, but I don’t know what the concept and positioning of the service is? In addition to the professional and smiling service in the restaurant, many other questions are answered one by one, without emotion and warmth, and the overall sense is biased. (The lady who made sachets with the children was very gentle) When I checked into the hotel, I encountered parking problems. I called the hotel three times in a row but no one answered. WeChat was also busy... A small accident in the playground; the child's finger was scratched in less than two minutes after entering the playground. Later, it was found that there was also a wound on the leg. The staff was called in for disinfection in time. After that, except for asking on WeChat and saying that they would investigate, there was no formal apology and no follow-up... The hotel's handling method and attitude are inevitably disappointing.

On May 3rd, during a casual trip to hot springs around western Sichuan, I unexpectedly discovered this secluded destination hotel. What surprised me most was the food – reasonable prices and attentive service. I finally got to try the famous ”fire-floating” dish, which I hadn't had a chance to eat in Shimian County. The executive chef even prepared the barbecue for us; my whole family, especially the kids, felt incredibly well taken care of. We also discussed the hotel's culinary philosophy, which we found very appealing. We felt the hotel put a lot of effort into its service and activities. The breakfast the next day was also delightful; the sky cleared, and we could see the snow-capped peaks. It left a very good impression. I would like to express my gratitude to the executive chef!

Service: Excellent, butler responded very quickly. Environment: Located in Shangli Ancient Town, very close by, and convenient for dining. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a major concern. When we checked in, we saw Polaroid camera trash left by the previous guest on the corner of the sofa. We saw this obvious trash as soon as we entered. The carpet was very dirty; it didn't seem to be washed after each guest. Given the frequent rain in Ya'an, the carpet was even dirtier. The hotel towels had stains. Facilities: The cheesecake served in the hot tub was ice-cold and very hard, looking like it had just been taken out of the freezer. It's recommended to prepare this in advance. When we went in October, the hotel was no longer providing access to the swimming pool (in rooms and public areas). I wonder if there are any alternatives for guests arriving during this period.

The hotel is right by the Qingyi River, there is a parking lot in front of the door, and the self-driving person is very convenient. Cost-effective, the reception is particularly warm, the special twin room is booked, and the hotel will upgrade the deluxe twin room for free, with large floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Qingyi River. The room is large, very clean and quiet. Breakfast is not bad. A small gift was also given before leaving.

Spent one night in this hotel as I came to see the pandas. The nearest entrance of the panda parc to the hotel is located 400m which is very convenient. However, to buy the ticket (if not done online)- then you have to go to the tourist center which is located about 3.5kms from the hotel (you can use a free shuttle bus to reach there). The hotel owner helped me for the ticket and asked someone to purchase the ticket on my behalf - however, this ticket did not allow me to do all activities inside the park (not sure exactly the reason why). The hotel room was cleaned and the terrace really beautiful, and it would be definitely perfect for summer season. In winter, however it is really cold inside the room as there is no heater (still there is a heated blanket). So during this season, you need to bring warm clothes to face the cold! For one night this is still manageable as the water of the shower is on the other hand so nice and warm even burning… May be a suggestion I would make = it could be great if you could recommend taxi drivers to reach your hotel. I used Didi - but that was an error - the Didi driver lost himself inside the mountain (wondering if he did not do it on purpose) and demanded twice the price and was almost shouting the whole trip - I gave him what he wanted for peace of mind and close the topic (but the experience was not pleasant and even scary !) On the way back, thanks to the hotel owner recommendation, I did not get any issue as I took the bus from the tourist center to Ya’an bus station for 6 CNY (these buses are yellow color and the bus station is located after the curve of the tourist center).
