I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is excellent. However, the amenities are lacking. Disposable slippers and combs are not provided unless asked, and the kettle is the worst kettle designed I've ever experienced. But the weakest point of the hotel is the lack of parking, where it is first come first serve. This created a lot of stress about having to come back early to secure a parking spot and caused us to avoid using our rental car during the day.

The Story Bridge is visible from the window, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Although a part of the Story Bridge view is obstructed, it's still worth choosing. The breakfast selection is rich and the taste is excellent.

Had a really good experience with them back in Adelaide but Brisbane branch service is not as good as compared to Adelaide. But overall with the price the room and breakfast are great 🥰

The location was perfect for retail therapy with Westfield Chermside within a 5 minute walk. I also loved my room, It had a large roomy balcony to sit and enjoy a wine while looking at the twinkling lights surrounding the area. The room was very clean and fresh looking and very tastefully decorated. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom, the shower had 2 shower head options, one being a rain shower head. The bed was so comfortable, I had no problem sleeping. So in finishing I would just say the service on entry and departure was really good and I will definitely book there again.

I booked on the day we arrived as I needed accommodation close to Northshore Eat Street. Saw reviews about access issues so I called before booking and was advised access info is sent at 2pm. We had no problems with online booking and receiving access code. Room was good value for money with balcony, plenty of free parking and wifi. Would definitely book again if I need accommodation close to airport.

Very charming and unique house, with a very spacious room. The welcome was very friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy with really nice staff. The hostel was ideally located for what we needed to do in Brisbane. The ability to park on-site was a real bonus.
